本实用新型公开了一种框架模具定位工装，包括有支架，支架上设有支撑板，支撑板上平置有方形框体，方形框体前、后两端分别设有挡板，方形框体的中间固定有与框架模具上斜撑位置对应的定位杆。本实用新型结构简单，设计合理，通过将框架模具的各个部件在本实用新型上先进行定位后，再将各部位进行焊接，将各部件焊接为一体，操作方便。

本实用新型主要涉及一种定位工装，尤其涉及一种框架模具定位工装。
背景技术：
框架模具包括有方形框体，方形框体是由截面为L型的型钢焊接而成，其中左、右型钢的开口相对，前、后型钢的开口相对且前、后型钢分别焊接在左、右型钢两端之间。方形框体上焊接有斜撑杆。
框架模具在制作过程中，需要将各部件对合定位后再焊接，如此，需要用到专用的定位工装。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种结构设计合理的框架模具定位工装。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种框架模具定位工装，其特征在于：包括有支架，支架上设有支撑板，支撑板上平置有方形框体，方形框体前、后两端分别设有挡板，方形框体的中间固定有与框架模具上斜撑位置对应的定位杆。
一种框架模具定位工装，其特征在于：支架底部安装有行走轮。
操作时，先将左、右型钢分别卡合在方形框体的两侧边沿部位，再将前、后型钢置于方形框体前后两端对应部位并使其紧贴在对应的挡板上，同时，要求前、后型钢两端分别对接在左、右型钢的对应端。最后，将斜撑杆紧贴在定位杆一侧并且使其两端对接在对应的型钢上。
本实用新型的优点是：
本实用新型结构简单，设计合理，通过将框架模具的各个部件在本实用新型上先进行定位后，再将各部位进行焊接，将各部件焊接为一体，操作方便。
