Abstract

本实用新型涉及汽车电器，尤其涉及汽车车灯，具体为后尾灯配光镜，兼顾降低成本和改善外观两个方面的要求。在后尾灯配光镜面上设计均匀分布的玉米粒花纹和小凸镜，光源采用白炽灯泡。通过将光源发散到花纹上不同的R面，然后散射出去，来实现LED光源效果。通过对配光镜结构的简单改进设计，用白炽灯泡实现了LED的效果，从而降低开发成本，又使灯具造型能够多样化，美化了灯具外观。

本实用新型涉及汽车电器，尤其涉及汽车车灯，具体为后尾灯配光镜。
背景技术
现有的后尾灯设计制造，光源普遍采用的是白炽灯泡或者LED。白炽灯泡光源价格较便宜，但灯具造型限制较大；LED光源灯具造型较多, 但是成本较高。因此在选型上，降低成本和优化造型往往不能兼顾。然而在激烈竞争的市场，低价格和漂亮的外观都是提高竞争力的必要因素。 
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述问题，提供一种后尾灯配光镜，兼顾降低成本和改善外观两个方面的要求。 
本实用新型的设计方案如下：后尾灯配光镜，在后尾灯配光镜面上设计均匀分布的玉米粒花纹和小凸镜，光源采用白炽灯泡。通过将光源发散到花纹上不同的R面，然后散射出去，来实现LED光源效果。 
本实用新型，通过对配光镜结构的简单改进设计，用白炽灯泡实现了LED的效果，从而降低开发成本，又使灯具造型能够多样化，美化了灯具外观。

实施例：奇瑞汽车B11FL后尾灯设计中，后尾灯配光镜面上采用小凸镜与玉米粒花纹结构，通过将白炽灯光源发散到花纹上不同的R面，然后散射出去，来实现LED光源效果，跟LED效果相同。

1.后尾灯配光镜，其特征在于后尾灯配光镜面上均匀分布有玉米粒花纹和小凸镜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的后尾灯配光镜，其特征在于后尾灯光源采用白炽灯泡。
