Abstract

一种电机定子铁芯叠合矽钢片用模具,涉及电机结构。模具底部为一个圆盘体,圆盘体均布六个开口朝外的径向槽,以六个径向槽底为半径向上连体延展一个外齿形圆柱体,外齿形圆柱体芯部为内圆柱,其圆柱面均布向外连体延展若干个径向外齿形凸台,内圆柱直径等于或小于待叠合矽钢片内圆直径,径向外齿形凸台数量等于待叠合矽钢片径向嵌线槽数量,径向外齿形凸台截面形状与径向嵌线槽内空相同,其尺寸等于或小于径向嵌线槽内空尺寸。优点在于:以径向外齿形凸台为基准叠合矽钢片精度高、效率快。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及电机结构,特别是一种电机定子铁芯叠合矽钢片用模具。 
背景技术:
电机定子铁芯由若干片矽钢片叠合固定而成,矽钢片形状呈圆环盘状,其内圆均布设置有若干个径向嵌线槽,径向嵌线槽用于嵌入漆包线构成的磁场发生源,一般矽钢片径向嵌线槽外还均布有六个通孔,用于叠合矽钢片后再用六个螺栓锁紧实施组合固定。 
矽钢片叠合工序一般是手工操作:先将两个螺栓小头朝上依次套入一片片矽钢片,叠合完毕后压实,再穿过四个螺栓并用螺母锁紧。 
如此操作存在以下问题:一是孔与螺栓之间的误差导致径向嵌线槽错位偏差。二是各孔叠放时,各孔间同向偏差螺栓照样可插入、可锁紧,但组合的长孔呈斜孔,矽钢片整体内圆呈椭圆状,肉眼无法观察到,影响精度。 
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺陷,提供一种电机定子铁芯叠合矽钢片用模具。 
本实用新型的方案是:模具底部为一个圆盘体,圆盘体均布六个开口朝外的径向槽,以六个径向槽底为半径向上连体延展一个外齿形圆柱体,外齿形圆柱体芯部为内圆柱,其圆柱面均布向外连体延展若 干个径向外齿形凸台,内圆柱直径等于或小于待叠合矽钢片内圆直径,径向外齿形凸台数量等于待叠合矽钢片径向嵌线槽数量,径向外齿形凸台截面形状与径向嵌线槽内空相同,其尺寸等于或小于径向嵌线槽内空尺寸。 
本实用新型的优点在于:以径向外齿形凸台为基准叠合矽钢片精度高、效率快。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型其特征在于:模具底部为一个圆盘体3,圆盘体3均布六个开口朝外的径向槽,以六个径向槽底为半径向上连体延展一个外齿形圆柱体1,外齿形圆柱体1芯部为内圆柱,其圆柱面均布向外连体延展若干个径向外齿形凸台,内圆柱直径等于或小于待叠合矽钢片2内圆直径,径向外齿形凸台数量等于待叠合矽钢片2径向嵌线槽数量,径向外齿形凸台截面形状与径向嵌线槽内空相同,其尺寸等于或小于径向嵌线槽内空尺寸。 
叠合时,矽钢片2一片片套入模具,同时以通孔为纵向定位对齐,第一片矽钢片2放入时,通孔要对着模具的径向槽。叠合完毕后用一个管状体套入模具的外齿形圆柱体1外围,压在矽钢片2上击打压实,而后将六个螺栓分别插入,并用螺母锁紧,而后脱模取出。操作简化且实用。

1.一种电机定子铁芯叠合矽钢片用模具,其特征在于:模具底部为一个圆盘体(3),圆盘体(3)均布六个开口朝外的径向槽,以六个径向槽底为半径向上连体延展一个外齿形圆柱体(1),外齿形圆柱体(1)芯部为内圆柱,其圆柱面均布向外连体延展若干个径向外齿形凸台,内圆柱直径等于或小于待叠合矽钢片(2)内圆直径,径向外齿形凸台数量等于待叠合矽钢片(2)径向嵌线槽数量,径向外齿形凸台截面形状与径向嵌线槽内空相同,其尺寸等于或小于径向嵌线槽内空尺寸。
