太阳能的应用越来越多,太阳能的储存和流失一直成为太阳能发展的一个瓶颈,太阳能开水器的保温效果较差,主要是太阳能吸收器的保温结构较不合理,能量流失率较高。

本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足而提供一种太阳能开水器保温圈,对太阳能吸收器进行半包围保温,保温效果好。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所设计的一种太阳能开水器保温圈,包括太阳能吸收器,其特征是所述的太阳能吸收器外围设有“C”形保温圈,所述的保温圈与太阳能吸收器间隙设置且太阳能吸收器设置在“C”形保温圈内。太阳能吸收器未被保温圈包围部分可用于太阳光照射,吸收太阳能,结构合理;太阳能吸收器与保温圈之间形成空隙层,可减少热量过多传递至保温圈,减少热量流失,保温效果好。
作为上述结构的进一步完善和补充,本实用新型还包含以下附加技术特征或这些特征的任意组合:
所述的保温圈表面为曲面,曲面相对平面表面积更大,保温效果更好。
所述的太阳能吸收器材质为耐高温材料,热吸收率高,并且传热效果好。
所述的太阳能吸收器为一金属件,应用广泛。
所述的太阳能吸收器与保温圈的空隙距离为3mm-10mm,经过反复对比实验,此间隙范围内,保温效果最好。

如图1所示,本实施例描述的一种太阳能开水器保温圈,包括太阳能吸收器1,所述的太阳能吸收器1外围设有“C”形保温圈2,所述的保温圈2与太阳能吸收器1间隙设置且太阳能吸收器1设置在“C”形保温圈2内,所述的保温圈2表面为曲面。所述的太阳能吸收器1为耐高温材质,出于加工方便,应用广泛角度考虑,可为一金属件。所述的太阳能吸收器1与保温圈2的空隙距离为5mm,上述值可根据实际情况确定。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能开水器保温圈,其特征是所述的太阳能吸收器(1)为耐高温材质。
4.根据权利要求3所述的太阳能开水器保温圈,其特征是所述的太阳能吸收器(1)为一金属件。
5.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能开水器保温圈,其特征是所述的太阳能吸收器(1)与保温圈(2)的空隙距离为3mm-10mm。
