Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种波浪型底节能锅。它是利用加大锅底的受热和传热面积来达到节能效果的。即锅底不是平的,而是做成同心半圆波浪型,锅底的形状见图1。波浪型的锅底受热、传热面积是普通锅的1.57倍,由此可知,理论上节能锅比普通锅能提高热效率57%。沿着增大锅底面积这一思路,还可以把锅底做成沟槽型。

[技术领域]
本发明涉及一种锅,尤其是一种节能锅。 
[背景技术]
现在市场上的锅大部分是普通锅(非节能型),节能锅只有高压锅(保热型)。我们知道,物体吸收热量的速度与物体的导热系数、导热面积及温差成正比,所以,只要加大了受热和传热面积,就能提高物体吸收热量的速度,达到节能的效果。实际上,火焰在给普通锅加热时,有一部分热还没来得及被锅吸收就白白浪费掉了,这可以从我们生活经验中得到验证,即我们时常会看到锅在被加热时往往靠近锅边的水先热,这说明热量在锅边处散失很多。 
[发明内容]
本发明的目的是提供一种制作简单、节能效果明显的节能锅。 
为实现上述目的,本发明波浪形底节能锅是利用加大锅底的受热和传热面积来达到节能效果的。即锅底不是平的,而是做成同心半圆波浪形,锅底的形状见图1。波浪形的锅底受热、传热面积是普通锅的1.57倍,由此可知,理论上节能锅比普通锅能提高热效率57%。沿着增大锅底面积这一思路,还可以把锅底做成沟槽形。 
把锅底做成同心半圆波浪形后,其锅底的展开面积就会比平底锅大许多。由于锅底受热和传热的面积都增大了,传给锅内水的热量也就会随之增加,与平底锅相比,即提高了热传导率,达到了节能的效果。
