Abstract

一种高压真空断路器的固封极柱,克服了现有技术散热性能差,静触头端出线座与环氧树脂壳体之间无间隙,致使该部位应力集中,易开裂,从而影响固封极柱使用寿命的问题,特征是在动触头出线端增加散热通孔,在环氧树脂绝缘壳体上设置有对流槽口,在环氧树脂壳体与静触头端出线座之间留有防裂缝隙,有益效果是,使气体通过下槽口进入腔体,上槽口流出,形成对流,以及动触头出线端设有散热通孔,利于空气流通,较好地解决了固封极柱的散热问题,同时,在动触头出线端设有散热通孔,也减轻了动触头出线端的质量,由于环氧树脂壳体与静触头端出线座之间留有缝隙,解决了该处易开裂产生裂缝的问题,同时也改善了此处的电场,提高了固封极柱的使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型属于高压电器技术领域,特别涉及用于以环保气体为绝缘介质的气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备的一种高压真空断路器的固封极柱。 
背景技术
随着电力系统的不断发展,高压真空断路器的固封极柱越来越多的被应用到开关设备中,现有技术普遍使用的高压真空断路器的固封极柱是将灭弧室及动静出线端完全包裹在环氧树脂壳体内,此种绝缘方式绝缘效果好,能较好地缩小断路器的尺寸,但是由于固封极柱采用完全密封方式,尤其是固封极柱动触头端部位热量集中,动触头出线端环氧树脂壳体四周为封闭式结构,使用中,环氧树脂壳体端面被安装板封住,安装板与环氧树脂壳体一起,使环氧树脂壳体内形成一个封闭腔体,散热速度慢,为了解决散热问题,现有技术如专利申请号为CN200420006180.6中的附图所示,在环氧树脂壳体上设置散热翅,但仍然没有较好地解决散热问题。此外,现有技术静触头端部位静触头端出线座与环氧树脂壳体之间紧密接触,浇注后无间隙,由于静触头端出线座与采用环氧树脂的浇注壳体之间的收缩力不一致,致使该部位应力集中,易开裂,从而影响固封极柱的使用寿命。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术的不足之处,提供散热性能较好,且极柱不易开裂的用于干燥空气为介质的气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备的一种高压真空断路器的固封极柱。 
 本实用新型采用的技术方案包括静触头端出线座、真空灭弧室、动触头出线端、连接弹簧、动触头端出线座和环氧树脂绝缘壳体,在所述动触头出线端上加工有散热通孔,在所述环氧树脂绝缘壳体前部上下分别设置有上槽口和下槽口, 在所述环氧树脂壳体与静触头端出线座之间留有防裂缝隙。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是, 
(1)由于在环氧树脂绝缘壳体前部上下设有上槽口和下槽口,使空气通过下槽口进入腔体,上槽口流出,形成对流,以及动触头出线端设有散热通孔,利于气体流通,较好地解决了固封极柱的散热问题,同时,在动触头出线端设有散热通孔,也减轻了动触头出线端的质量。
(2)由于环氧树脂壳体与静触头端出线座之间留有缝隙,解决了该处易开裂产生裂缝的问题,同时也改善了此处的电场,提高了固封极柱的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,本实用新型包括静触头端出线座1、真空灭弧室2、动触头3、连接弹簧4、动触头端出线座5和环氧树脂绝缘壳体6,其中静触头端出线座1与真空灭弧室2连接,真空灭弧室2与动触头3连接,动触头端出线座5通过连接弹簧4与动触头3连接,所述静触头端出线座1、真空灭弧室2和动触头端出线座5浇注于环氧树脂绝缘体6内,为了解决环氧树脂壳体内动触头3的散热问题,在所述动触头3上加工有3~10个散热通孔9,在所述环氧树脂绝缘壳体6前部上下分别设置有实现气体对流的上槽口6-1和下槽口6-2, 为了消除环氧树脂绝缘壳体6与静触头端出线座1之间易产生裂缝的问题,将所述环氧树脂绝缘壳体6后端部的开口加大,使环氧树脂壳体6与静触头端出线座1之间留有防裂缝隙10,在环氧树脂绝缘壳体6前端部加工有安装螺孔8。 
使用中,将本实用新型通过动触头3与操作绝缘子7连接,通过环氧树脂绝缘壳体6前端部加工的螺孔8与安装板连接,动触头3所产生的热量即可通过动触头3上加工的散热通孔9以及环氧树脂绝缘壳体6前部上下分别设置的实现气体对流的上槽口6-1和下槽口6-2散发出去,从而较好地解决了固封极柱的散热问题。

1.一种高压真空断路器的固封极柱,包括静触头端出线座(1)、真空灭弧室(2)、动触头(3)、连接弹簧(4)、动触头端出线座(5)和环氧树脂绝缘壳体(6),其特征在于,在所述动触头(3)上加工有散热通孔(9),在所述环氧树脂绝缘壳体(6)前部上下分别设置有上槽口(6-1)和下槽口(6-2), 在所述环氧树脂壳体(6)与静触头端出线座(1)之间留有防裂缝隙(10)。
