目前，各行业通常使用的轴承密封环大都是由石墨或橡胶制成的单层密封环，但由于质地软，而且是单层，因此，易磨损，严重的影响了密封效果及使用寿命。

本实用新型针对以上不足，提供一种具有很好耐磨性能多层结构的轴承密封环。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种多层结构的密封环，包括不锈钢圆形环、橡胶层，其两层不锈钢圆形环以平面相结合，两层不锈钢圆形环是以折弯板相连接，在不锈钢圆形环表面设有一橡胶层，所述橡胶层为耐高温的合成橡胶材料制成。

耐高温、耐磨、密封性好、使用寿命长。

1.一种多层结构的密封环，其特征在于：包括不锈钢圆形环、橡胶层，其两层不锈钢圆形环以平面相结合，两层不锈钢圆形环是以折弯板相连接，在不锈钢圆形环表面设有一橡胶层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层结构的密封环，其特征在于：橡胶层为耐高温的合成橡胶材料制成。
