背景技术
目前，为了增加挖斗底部的耐磨性能，在挖斗底部焊有耐磨材质的耐磨条，但是都采用一层耐磨条，在挖斗工作过程中，尤其在岩石环境下作业，对耐磨条的磨损速度很快，经常使挖斗底部磨穿，使挖斗无法正常工作。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种双层耐磨条挖斗，提高挖斗的耐磨性能。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种双层耐磨条挖斗，包括挖斗主体和内层耐磨条，内层耐磨条呈间隔分布，焊接在挖斗主体的弧板外侧面上，还包括外层耐磨条，外层耐磨条焊接在内层耐磨条外侧，位于内层耐磨条间隔处上方。
本实用新型的有益效果是：采用双层耐磨条，提高挖斗的耐磨性能，增加挖斗的使用寿命。

如图1所示，一种双层耐磨条挖斗，包括挖斗主体1和内层耐磨条3，内层耐磨条3呈间隔分布，焊接在挖斗主体1的弧板2外侧面上，还包括外层耐磨条4，外层耐磨条4焊接在内层耐磨条3外侧，位于内层耐磨条3间隔处上方。在原有的内层耐磨条3外侧增设外层耐磨条4，焊接在内层耐磨条3间隔处上方，弧板2外侧面上有双层耐磨条，提高挖斗的耐磨性能。

1. 一种双层耐磨条挖斗，包括挖斗主体（1）和内层耐磨条（3），内层耐磨条（3）呈间隔分布，焊接在挖斗主体（1）的弧板（2）外侧面上，其特征在于还包括外层耐磨条（4），外层耐磨条（4）焊接在内层耐磨条（3）外侧，位于内层耐磨条（3）间隔处上方。
