     本实用新型涉及通用机械阀门,具体涉及一种降压降噪套筒调节阀。
背景技术
现有的套筒调节阀主要有阀体、套筒、阀芯、阀盖、填料、填料压盖、螺栓螺母等组成,不能降压降噪,及消除汽蚀和空化,加工不方便,泄漏量大,阀芯材料成本高,拆卸或维护很不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种降压降噪套筒调节阀,降低加工、拆卸维护难度,避免高压差、噪音大、气蚀及空化现象,它适用于高压差管路降低压力控制噪音及流量调节。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术措施来实现的:该套筒调节阀它包含有阀体、套筒、阀芯和阀盖,套筒安装在阀体内,阀芯安装在套筒上,阀盖安装在阀体上固定套筒,其特征是:套筒由若干层筒体焊接而成,每个筒体的筒壁上错开分布对置孔。
本实用新型相比现有技术的有益效果是:1、它能有效地改善降低压差的同时又能消除气蚀,可以防止气蚀现象及气蚀带来的损坏和噪音;2、通过控制液体介质空化的区域和程度,使气泡的爆破远离金属表面,有效的减小空化带来的危害;3、套筒上有很多对置孔,从孔中喷射出一串串气泡流在套筒中心互相碰撞,使气泡爆破,减少了对内件的破坏,提高了产品使用寿命,改变噪音保护环境;4、套筒与普通的阀笼具有互换性,可以很方便地拆卸或维护。
