背景技术
传统的铝塑板安装方式主要有两类:一种是室外幕墙安装，采用干挂作业法,用铝合金做龙骨,再把铝塑板折边,通过铆钉固定,然后填充泡沫棒,打密封胶。这种安装方式耗时比较长，影响单位的正常营业时间。另一种是室内作业法,常采用胶粘的办法把板子粘贴在基层如木夹板上面，由于采用胶粘的方式进行，导致室内的气味比较重，气味残留的时间也很长，对人体的健康状况有一定影响。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种安装快速方便又环保的铝塑板明框用中间型材，不仅安装简单，而且安装完后无异味。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种铝塑板明框用中间型材， 所述中间型材的截面呈工字形，它包括上翼缘板、腹板和下翼缘板，上翼缘板设置有凹槽I和凹槽II，所述凹槽I和凹槽II 左右并排布置，其中凹槽I的槽口相上，且与腹板连接，凹槽II的槽口向下，凹槽I和凹槽II的槽深相同；下翼缘板的两端朝上翼缘板方向均设置有卡边，所述中间型材通过在凹槽II内设置螺钉与墙体固定。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：

如图1所示，本实用新型涉及一种铝塑板明框用中间型材，所述中间型材2的截面呈工字形，它包括上翼缘板1、腹板2和下翼缘板3，所述上翼缘板2.1由凹槽I 1.1和凹槽II 1.2构成，所述凹槽I 1.1和凹槽II 1.2左右并排布置，其中凹槽I 1.1的槽口向上，且与腹板2连接，凹槽II 1.2的槽口向下，所述凹槽I 1.1和凹槽II 1.2的槽深相同；所述下翼缘板3的两端朝上翼缘板1方向均设置有卡边3.1。
如图2所示，具体使用该中间型材时，将两块铝塑板1均插入到中间型材左右的槽内，再通过在凹槽II 1.2内设置螺钉与墙体固定。
