本实用新型公开了一种核电厂机组用循环水管沟布置结构,包括与机组连接的位于主厂房内的进水管沟和排水管沟,所述排水管沟由上下重叠设置的两个排水通道组成,所述进水管沟由上下重叠设置的两个进水通道组成。本实用新型的优点是:既能在主厂房内同时布置进水管沟和排水管沟,又不影响主厂房内汽轮机基座的选择和布置。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种核电厂循环水管沟布置结构。 
背景技术
核电厂汽轮机低压缸一般都采用了较低的背压,使得凝汽器的冷却水量大幅增加,导致循环水管沟的尺寸也相应增加。机组用循环水管沟包括进水管沟和排水管沟,一般为超大直径钢筋混凝土循环水管沟,循环水管沟只有一个进水通道或排水通道。核电厂每台机组一般连接两条进水管沟和两条排水管沟,单条进水管沟或排水管沟的占地宽度约为5米。现有的循环水管沟布置均采用两条进水管沟或两条排水管沟平面并排分列布置,进水管沟和排水管沟的各自占地宽度将分别达到10米左右。由于循环水管沟平面尺寸太大,若将排水管沟或进水管沟布置在主厂房外,则会影响两间主产房之间重要厂用水管廊的通道;若在主厂房内同时布置进水管沟和排水管沟,则会影响主厂房内汽轮机基座的选择和布置。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种核电厂机组用循环水管沟布置结构。 
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种核电厂机组用循环水管沟布置结构,包括与机组连接的位于主厂房内的进水管沟和排水管沟,所述排水管沟由上下重叠设置的两个排水通道组成,所述进水管沟由上下重叠设置的两个进水通道组成。 
所述进水管沟将两个进水通道上下重叠设置,所述排水管沟将两个排水通道上下重叠设置,这样进水管沟或排水管沟的占地宽度仅为单条管沟的占地宽度,却可以使其进水量或排水量比普通进水管沟或排水管沟增加一倍。从而能够在主厂房内同时布置进水管沟和排水管沟,又不影响主厂房内汽轮机基座的选择和布置。 
所述进水管沟的垂直截面呈矩形,所述进水通道的垂直截面呈圆形。采用垂直截面呈圆形的进水通道能够更好地承受流体的压力。 
所述排水管沟和所述排水通道的垂直截面呈矩形。采用垂直截面呈矩形的进水通道可降低模具成本,从而降低排水管沟的制造成本。 
本实用新型的优点是:既能在主厂房内同时布置进水管沟和排水管沟,又不影响主厂房内汽轮机基座的选择和布置。

参阅图1,一种核电厂机组用循环水管沟布置结构,包括与机组4连接的位于主厂房1内的进水管沟3和排水管沟2,所述排水管沟2由上下重叠设置的两个排水通道5组成,所述进水管沟3由上下重叠设置的两个进水通道6组成。
参阅图2~3,所述进水管沟3的垂直截面呈矩形,所述进水通道6的垂直截面呈圆形。所述排水管沟2和所述排水通道5的垂直截面呈矩形。进水管沟3和排水管沟2为混凝土结构,排水通道5的边长为3.5m,壁厚0.9m,排水管沟2的占地宽度为5.3m,总长1700m。进水通道6的内径3.6m,壁厚为0.6m,进水管沟3的占地宽度为4.8m,总长525m。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种核电厂机组用循环水管沟布置结构,其特征在于,所述进水管沟的垂直截面呈矩形,所述进水通道的垂直截面呈圆形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种核电厂机组用循环水管沟布置结构,其特征在于,所述排水管沟和所述排水通道的垂直截面呈矩形。
