Abstract
本实用新型公开了室内配变快速转移架，该转移架包括支架（7）、制动轮（3）、转向轮（4）和转移盘（6），在支架（7）的底部安装制动轮（3）和转向轮（4），支架（7）的顶部安装转移盘（6），整体构成转移架。本实用新型转移架将配变转移过程改进为滚动摩擦，实现配变的快速、安全转移，解决配变更换时间长的问题。

本实用新型涉及转移架，具体涉及室内配变快速转移架。
背景技术
随着社会的进步，经济发展，城市用电迅猛增涨，多数10kV配电室内的配变都因容量小，出现满载或超载，面临增容，需要更换，而配变更换往往由于受到场地、地形、工器具的限制，使得更换配变费工、费力、费时,对供电可靠性、优质服务都造成影响。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种室内配变快速转移架，通过该转移架能够快速、安全的实现室内配变的转移工作，克服配变更换费工、费力、费时问题,减少因室内配变更换带来的停电时间。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该转移架包括支架、制动轮、转向轮和转移盘，在支架的底部安装制动轮和转向轮，支架的顶部安装转移盘，整体构成转移架。

其中，转移盘由一组滚轴排列组成。
工作时，转移架经制动轮移动至配变台架处，根据配变台架的高度由升降调节器将转移架的高度调节至等高，通过扣和钢丝绳将转移架与配变台架固定，使得配变移动过程中转移架不移动，人工推动配变，配变经转移盘滚动至转移架上，配变在转移架上轻松转移至室外。
本实用新型的有益效果是：转移架将配变转移过程改进为滚动摩擦，实现配变的快速、安全转移，解决配变更换时间长的问题，经过实践每次少停电3小时，按平均配变负荷350kW，每次更换配变比前可多供电量1050kWH，节约人员6人，每个人工按120元，每次更换配变可节约人工费720元。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，该转移架包括支架7、制动轮3、转向轮4和转移盘6，在支架7的底部安装制动轮3和转向轮4，支架7的顶部安装转移盘6，整体构成转移架。

工作时，转移架经制动轮3和转向轮4移动至配变台架处，根据配变台架的高度由升降调节器5将转移架的高度调节至等高，通过扣1和钢丝绳2将转移架与配变台架固定，使得配变移动过程中转移架不移动，人工推动配变，配变经转移盘6滚动至转移架上，配变在转移架上轻松转移至室外。
