本实用新型公开了一种换热效率高的板式降膜换热器,包括壳体,壳体内部顶端设置有布膜器,布膜器的下方垂直设置有换热板片,换热板片的上端设置有介质出口,下端设置有介质进口,所述换热板片由两块平板四周焊接而成,两平板间密布有膨胀包,两平板间设置有连接介质进口和介质出口的迂回的介质通道。本实用新型的优点是:在板式换热板片上设置膨胀包,增加了换热板片内外介质的传热面积,而且设置迂回的介质通道后延长了换热板片内介质的停留时间,使得换热更充分,效率更高。

本实用新型涉及到一种板式降膜换热器。 
背景技术
应用于液-液热交换场合,为获得最佳的传热效果,一般采用全逆流设计,这种换热器目前应用最广有管壳式换热器、板式换热器、螺旋板换热器等,其中管壳式换热器的传热系数最低,结构不紧凑;板式换热器传热系数高,但采用密封垫密封,容易引起泄漏,另外,板间通道只有2-5mm,当换热介质内含有固体或纤维时容易堵塞通道;螺旋板换热器传热系数高,但是检修困难,如发生内圈螺旋板破裂,便会使整台设备报废。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种换热效率高、不易泄漏、不易堵塞、检修方便的板式降膜换热器。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种板式降膜换热器,包括壳体,壳体内部顶端设置有布膜器,布膜器的下方垂直设置有换热板片,换热板片的上端设置有介质出口,下端设置有介质进口,所述换热板片由两块平板四周焊接而成,两平板间密布有膨胀包,两平板间设置有连接介质进口和介质出口的迂回的介质通道。 
工作时,介质A在换热板片外面,自上而下以膜状流动,介质B自下而上在换热板片内腔流动,这样介质A与介质B之间为全逆流。 
所述两平板之间自上而下设置多条平行且错位的焊缝,焊缝始于两平板的同一边且与对边之间留有一定距离。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:在板式换热板片上设置膨胀包,增加了换热板片内外介质的传热面积,而且设置迂回的介质通道后提高了换热板片内 介质的流速,从而提高了其传热系数。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,详细描述本实用新型的具体实施方案。 
如图1所示,本实用新型所述的板式降膜换热器,包括壳体1,壳体1内部顶端设置有布膜器2,布膜器2的下方垂直设置有换热板片3。如图2、图3所示,所述换热板片3由两块平板6四周焊接而成,且换热板片3的上端设置有介质出口4,下端设置有介质进口5,两平板6之间密布有膨胀包7,两平板6间设置有连接介质进口5和介质出口4的迂回的介质通道8。将两平板6的之间按照一定布局设置接触点,且将这些接触的部位焊接起来,然后将两平板6其余部分鼓起,就会形成膨胀包7。实际生产时,所述两平板6之间自上而下设置多条平行且错位的焊缝9,即沿焊缝9的排布将两平板6焊接在一起,焊缝9始于两平板6的同一边且与对边之间留有一定距离,这样相邻焊缝9间及焊缝9与平板6边缘间形成一条连接介质进口5和介质出口4的迂回的介质通道8。 
本实用新型的工作过程是:如图1所示,介质A经布膜器2布膜在换热板片3的外表面,而介质B从换热板片3的下端介质进口5进入换热板片3内,进入换热板片3内后沿介质通道8迂回向上流动,直至从上端的介质出口4流出,换热板片3内的介质B在流动过程中,通过平板6与换热板片3外表面上的介质A进行热交换。介质A与介质B呈全逆流方向流动,所以在板片的任意点,介质A与介质B之间具有合理的传热温差,板式换热板片3上均匀分布的膨胀包7,一方面提供了介质B的流道,另一方面也在不断改变介质B的流速 及流向,从而强化了介质B的传热,而设置迂回的介质通道8后则进一步强化了介质B的传热系数,效率更高。

1.板式降膜换热器,包括壳体,壳体内部顶端设置有布膜器,布膜器的下方垂直设置有换热板片,换热板片的上端设置有介质出口,下端设置有介质进口,其特征在于:所述换热板片由两块平板四周焊接而成,两平板间密布有膨胀包,两平板间设置有连接介质进口和介质出口的迂回的介质通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的板式降膜换热器,其特征在于:所述两平板之间自上而下设置多条平行且错位的焊缝,焊缝始于两平板的同一边且与对边之间留有一定距离。
