本实用新型涉及铸造技术领域,特别涉及一种铸段抽取装置。
背景技术
二次磨段球磨机铸段的生产,是采用向水平六棱柱结构铸段模上朝向向上的模孔内浇注铁水,通过铸段模的翻转,模孔内的铁水自然冷却,当模孔翻转至朝向向下时,冷却的铸段自行脱落,即实现了铸段的生产。
由于铸段模长期在温度较高的环境下进行浇注,铸段模的各个单模内壁长期受高温影响和铁水冲击,冷却速度缓慢,模具经常得不到完全冷却,由于长期使用的频繁就会造成模具内壁粗糙,形成模具腔体内老化,在铸段浇注成型后,出现铸段通过模具的翻转不能自行倒出出模,出现粘模和挂模的现象,严重的导致铸段模报废,甚至影响生产。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种铸段抽取装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案来实现的:
本实用新型的铸段抽取装置,其特征在于由前端设有螺孔且后部设有轴肩的轴,与所述的螺孔啮合的螺丝,设在轴前部外径上的滑动套组成,所述的滑动套后端设有凸台,螺丝与铸段连接。
本实用新型的优点是:由于采用了力的传导使原本不能自行脱模的铸段方便的抽取出来,由于本实用新型的滑动套上设有凸缘,方便了操作者手握滑动套反复操作简易方便,不致影响生产和将模具报废,并且使铸段模经过重新修复后能够继续生产作业,进一步提高了模具的使用寿命,并节约了资金。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。
如图1,图2,图3所示,本实用新型的铸段抽取装置,其特征在于由前端设有螺孔且后部设有轴肩5的轴4,与所述的螺孔啮合的螺丝3,设在轴4前部外径上的滑动套6组成,所述的滑动套6后端设有凸台7,螺丝3与铸段2连接。
本实用新型采用铸段抽取装置的抽取方法是:
1)将螺丝3无螺纹的一端采用点焊的方式焊接于待抽取的铸段2顶端;
2)将螺丝3的另一端与轴4上的螺孔啮合;
3)用手扶住滑动套6,使滑动套6在轴4的外径反复做滑动运动并使滑动套6上的凸台7撞击轴肩5,直至铸段2松动,再将轴4提起,将铸段2从铸段模1中抽取出来;
4)将螺丝3与铸段2分割开,以备再次使用。
