电机定子的绕线结构,是在冲片叠合成的铁芯孔槽中嵌入多组线圈;其特征在于:每组漆包线线圈由1个长线圈和二个短线圈组成,按照设计参数间隔几个孔槽后在定子圆周上环形阵列,嵌入的线圈之间没有交叉。所以自动嵌线器操作方便,嵌线速度大大加快;插入相间绝缘纸也方便了,而且用短线圈替代了半数长线圈,定子端部的线圈厚度减薄,为电机缩小体积提供方便。本实用新型的间接好处更为令人惊喜,由于用短线圈替代了一半长线圈,漆包铜线的长度大大缩短,一来节省了制作成本,二来线圈绕组的电耗大大降低,电机发热量小,能效高,经济效益十分显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及电机制造领域,尤其涉及电机定子的绕线结构。
背景技术
定子是电机的关键零件,是用多层冲片叠合后,再在孔槽中用自动嵌线器装入漆包线绕制的线圈。线圈在定子里呈环形阵列;现有技术的定子线圈每组都是二长一短,间隔几个孔槽后交叉布线。在嵌线过程中,操作工普遍反映由于长短线圈交叉过多,又由于安装空间十分有限,线圈嵌入很不容易,相间绝缘纸插入困难,定子端部的线圈突出多,在电机壳内太占空间。
有鉴于此,本发明人对电机定子的绕组进行了深入研究,终于攻克了困扰电机界多年的这一难题,本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种电机定子的绕线结构,改善自动嵌线器的操作难度,减薄定子端部线圈的厚度;还节能高效。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
电机定子的绕线结构,是在冲片叠合成的铁芯孔槽中嵌入多组线圈;本发明采用每组漆包线线圈由1个长线圈和二个短线圈组成,按照设计参数间隔几个孔槽后在定子圆周上环形阵列,嵌入的线圈之间没有交叉。所以自动嵌线器操作方便,嵌线速度大大加快;插入相间绝缘纸也方便了,而且用短线圈替代了半数长线圈,定子端部的线圈厚度减薄,为电机缩小体积提供方便。
本发明的间接好处更为令人惊喜,由于用短线圈替代了一半长线圈,漆包铜线的长度大大缩短,一来节省了制作成本,二来线圈绕组的电耗大大降低,电机发热量小,能效高,经济效益十分显著。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细阐述。
实施例1
本实施例以4极电机为例,如图1所示。
电机定子的矽钢片铁芯上有36个孔槽4,漆包线圈的绕组总共有6个长线圈1和12个短线圈。6个长线圈1每个绕组横跨10个孔槽,并间隔5个孔槽环形阵列;12个短线圈每个绕组横跨8个孔槽;从环形布局的的角度看,短线圈可分为A、B二组,以顺时针方向计数,A组短线圈2的起始孔槽比长线圈1的起始孔槽超前2个孔槽,中间和长线圈1的起始孔槽相隔一个孔槽;另一B组短线圈的起始孔槽比长线圈的起始孔槽滞后1个孔槽,两者的起始孔槽相邻。A组和B组短线圈都间隔5个孔槽环形阵列。
4极电机的绕组接线图如图3、图4所示,总共引出6个接线柱,分别是三相电源的接入点U1、V1、W1和输出回路U2、V2、W2。
现有技术的4极电机定子绕组如图2所示,共有12个长线圈和6个短线圈,和图1对照着看,更能理解本发明的创新点。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。本发明的布线原理适用于6极、8极10极等多极电机,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围内。
