本实用新型公开了一种高通过率阻挡板,该阻挡板的外缘边上均布设置有斜孔槽(1),板身上设置有通孔(2),该阻挡板增加了蒸发气体的通道,阻挡板的边缘和板身均具有较好的通气性,从而更加有效地保证了阻挡道的有效通过截面积,板身外圈与内圈的蒸发气体通过率始终保护一致,其杂质阻挡效果好,并且其在起到非常好的杂质阻拦作用的同时还保证了蒸馏过程必需的持续蒸发,在保证产能的前提下提高了蒸馏结晶产品的质量,其结构简单,并可适用于多种蒸馏炉,易于推广和规模化生产运用。

本实用新型涉及一种可用于各种蒸馏结晶的阻挡板。 
背景技术
本发明人曾研制出一种用在蒸馏坩埚与冷凝结晶管之间的阻挡层结构,用以提高蒸发结晶产品的质量,该阻挡层主要包括阻挡层外环和内置孔板,其中,内置孔板为带孔阻挡板,这些直径大小一致的通孔均匀分布在阻挡板的中央位置,因此存在蒸馏过程中蒸发气体通过量小的情况,这样的阻挡板通过率低,产品质量不稳定,无法实现规模化生产。
实用新型内容
针对上述不足,本实用新型提供一种不但能有效防止杂质进入冷凝结晶管,还能使蒸发蒸气保持高通过率的阻挡板。 
本实用新型是通过这样的技术方案来实现的:一种阻挡板,其外缘边上均布设置有斜孔槽,板身上设置有通孔。
所述通孔的直径由阻挡板的中心向外逐渐变大。
通过通孔直径的有序变化及阻挡板边缘上的均布斜孔槽来进保证阻挡层的高通过率及一致性。
由于采用了上述结构,本实用新型的有益效果为:上述阻挡板由于在其外缘边上均布设置了斜孔槽,板身上设置通孔,因此,保证了蒸发物的高通过率。阻挡板的边缘和板身均具有较好的通过性;更进一步的是,板身上通孔直径由内向外逐渐变大,从而更加有效地保证了阻挡截面的通过一致性,对杂质阻挡效果佳,并且同时保证了蒸馏过程必需的持续蒸发量,提高了结晶产品的质量,其结构简单,并可适用于多种蒸馏或蒸发结晶,易于推广,适合规模化生产。

如图1和图2所示,一种高通过率阻挡板,该阻挡板的外缘边上均布设置有斜孔槽1,板身上设置有通孔2,从而增加了蒸发物的通道,提高通过率;所述通孔2的直径由阻挡板的中心向外逐渐变大,从而更加有效地保证了阻挡截面的通过一致性,对杂质阻挡效果佳,从而提高了结晶产品的质量。
