本实用新型涉及到轴承座领域，是一种用于离心鼓风机的水冷油润滑滚动轴承座。
背景技术
离心鼓风机的轴承箱由于流量和压力都较大，使用滚动轴承时，由于受大负荷及高温升等限制，很难使鼓风机能够长期稳定的运行，使用滑动轴承时，由于滑动轴承价格贵，增加了设备投资。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种用于离心鼓风机的水冷油润滑滚动轴承座。
本实用新型的技术方案是：是由轴承侧盖、上轴承盖、下轴承座组成，其特征是轴承侧盖通过螺栓与上轴承盖和下轴承座相连，在轴承侧盖的上端装有带散热翅片的储油座，在上轴承盖里设计有上轴承盖水道，在上轴承盖的一端安装有静密封环和浮动密封环，在下轴承座里设计有下轴承座水道。
由于采用了上述技术方案，降低了滚动轴承的运转温度，结构简单、密封良好、无漏油现象。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
在图1中，轴承侧盖8通过螺栓与上轴承盖2和下轴承座7相连，在轴承侧盖8的上端装有带散热翅片的储油座1，在上轴承盖2里设计有上轴承盖水道5，在上轴承盖2的一端安装有静密封环3和浮动密封环4，在下轴承座7里设计有下轴承座水道6。
带散热翅片的储油座1外围带有散热翅片，其材料为铸铝，自然风冷效果良好，静密封环3与动密封环4为一对浮动密封结构，材质为黄铜，耐磨性良好。

1.水冷油润滑滚动轴承座，是由轴承侧盖(8)、上轴承盖(2)、下轴承座(7)组成，其特征是轴承侧盖(8)通过螺栓与上轴承盖(2)和下轴承座(7)相连，在轴承侧盖(8)的上端装有带散热翅片的储油座(1)，在上轴承盖(2)里设计有上轴承盖水道(5)，在上轴承盖(2)的一端安装有静密封环(3)和浮动密封环(4)，在下轴承座(7)里设计有下轴承座水道(6)。
