 本实用新型涉及发射微波用通讯设备的角钢主材,具体是一种冷弯60°角钢。
背景技术
目前,国内外微波通信塔主材基本选用90度等边三角钢或钢。主材为90度等边角钢的通信塔截面可以设计成四边行或三角形,四边形截面的铁塔主材选用90度等边角钢,对荷载较大的铁塔,可选用组合角钢主材或钢管主材,但是对小负荷的铁塔,考虑到经济性和稳定性,设计成三角形截面就能完全满足需要。而国内的角钢大多为90度的直角钢,怎样能使直角钢变成可直接使用成为企业的一个难点。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为解决现有技术存在的问题,而设计了一种冷弯60°角钢,满足国内外角钢通讯塔和输电线路铁塔的需求,直接应用于三角塔的建设。
本实用新型的技术方案为:一种冷弯60°角钢,它主要包括折弯角度为90°的直角钢本体,所述角钢两侧板分别向夹角内侧折弯,折弯后两侧板的所在平面互成60°夹角;所述折弯线与角钢角棱线不在同一条直线上,且相互平行。
所述角钢的上下两端的侧板上设有连接孔。
所述角钢采用直角钢冷弯加工设备将两侧板均折弯15°。
