本实用新型涉及一种喷丝板，尤其是特殊结构的喷丝板。
背景技术
喷丝板又称纺丝帽，喷丝板的作用是将黏流态的高聚物熔体或溶液，通过微孔转变成有特定截面状的细流，经过凝固介质如空气或凝固浴固化而形成丝条。按纤维的类别和规格不同，有不同的规格、形状、孔型、材质等。喷丝板在较高的温度和压力下工作。要求耐压、耐腐蚀和足够的机械强度。喷丝板可分：(1)普通型，其中又可分为熔纺喷丝板(其外形有圆形、矩形、扇形)和湿纺喷丝板(又称喷丝帽)；(2)异形喷丝板，纺制纤维的断面是非圆形的；(3)复合喷丝板以制造复合纤维。
但目前的中空喷丝板纺出的纤维结构比较单一，纤维蓬松性比较差，弹性强度低，吸湿性能低。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种中空喷丝板，使所纺出来的纤维具备蓬松性，弹性强度高，吸湿性能好。
一种吸湿双钩型喷丝板，其特征在于喷丝板为圆形，其上有7个同等的喷丝孔，喷丝孔为S形，每个喷丝板上设置7～67个喷丝孔。
由于喷丝孔内部为双开口的大半圆结构，所纺纤维具有蓬松功能和高弹性 强度，用料节省，而且开口结构具备良好的吸湿性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型进行说明：在具体实施过程中，将黏流态的高聚物熔体或溶液，通过喷丝板1的喷丝孔2中喷出，转变成有特定截面状的细流，由于喷丝孔内设置两个相反的弧形3，纤维就具有蓬松、高弹性强度、保温、吸湿排汗等性能。
另外喷丝孔个数为7，或13、或19、或25、或31。
具体实施中，由于喷丝板的喷丝孔是开口环形结构，弧度也可以采用椭圆形结构，可以用于保温类、吸湿功能类纺丝。

1.一种吸湿双钩型喷丝板，其特征在于喷丝板为圆形，其上有7个同等的喷丝孔，喷丝孔为S形，每个喷丝板上设置7～67个喷丝孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的吸湿双钩型喷丝板，其特征在于喷丝孔个数为7，或13、或19、或25、或31。
