一种用于沉孔内安装传感器的装置，内六角螺栓沿轴向设有一通孔，内六角螺栓上开设一槽口，内六角螺栓端部固定有杆件，杆件作为调节手柄。所述杆件垂直于内六角螺栓的轴线并穿过内六角螺栓端部固定焊接。本实用新型提供一种用于沉孔内安装传感器的装置，使用时将传感器尾部的导线放入调节装置的线槽内，调节装置手柄即可将传感器调节螺母拧紧或松动。避免了用尖嘴钳调节传感器调节时损坏调节螺母。

本实用新型涉及一种用于沉孔内安装传感器的装置。
背景技术
现有工业上经常用到传感器，有很多传感器安装在沉孔内，沉孔内的传感器在安装和调节的过程中有很大的不便，并且传感器尾部有信号线，给调节工作带来了更大的难度。现在的调节方法是用长嘴尖嘴钳对其进行调节。上述方法存在以下弊端：尖嘴钳夹紧调节螺母后旋紧螺母的旋转力矩不够，运行振动使调节螺母松动，造成再次调节的不良循环，大大增加了日常维护的工作量。长时间多次调节，尖嘴钳会将调节六角螺母钳毛、磨圆，造成越来越不好调节的恶性循环。最后导致拆解信号线、更换螺母。不但增加了工作量而且影响设备的稳定运行。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种用于沉孔内安装传感器的装置，使用时将传感器尾部的导线放入调节装置的线槽内，调节装置手柄即可将传感器调节螺母拧紧或松动。避免了用尖嘴钳调节传感器调节时损坏调节螺母。
本实用新型的上述目的是通过这样的技术方案来实现的：一种用于沉孔内安装传感器的装置，内六角螺栓沿轴向设有一通孔，内六角螺栓上开设一槽口，内六角螺栓端部固定有杆件，杆件作为调节手柄。
所述杆件垂直于内六角螺栓的轴线并穿过内六角螺栓端部固定焊接。

具体实施方式
如图1~3所示，一种用于沉孔内安装传感器的装置，内六角螺栓1沿轴向设有一通孔2，内六角螺栓1上开设一槽口3，内六角螺栓1端部固定有杆件4，杆件4作为调节手柄。
所述杆件4垂直于内六角螺栓1的轴线并穿过内六角螺栓1端部固定焊接。
实施例：
内六角螺栓1型号：M16*70。利用M16*70的内六角螺栓1在螺杆轴向中间钻￠8 mm的通孔2，并锯削一个宽5mm的槽口3。在内六角螺栓1末端轴线对称焊上￠6mm的杆件4。
使用时将传感器尾部的导线放入本实用新型装置的槽口3内，杆件4作为调节手柄，调节手柄即可将传感器调节螺母拧紧或松动。调节螺母为M10的螺母，螺帽正六边形对边垂直距离为12mm的内六角螺栓1。
不同的传感器可制作不同型号的调节工具。既能满足使用要求，而且能弥补尖嘴钳调节的缺点。本实用新型装置制作方便，费用低廉。可大批量生产，生产不同型号的工具，工各类传感器使用。

1.一种用于沉孔内安装传感器的装置，其特征在于：内六角螺栓（1）沿轴向设有一通孔（2），内六角螺栓（1）上开设一槽口（3），内六角螺栓（1）端部固定有杆件（4），杆件（4）作为调节手柄。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种用于沉孔内安装传感器的装置，其特征在于：所述杆件（4）垂直于内六角螺栓（1）的轴线并穿过内六角螺栓（1）端部固定焊接。
