外墙真空保温板,主要由有机芯材、无纺布、铝箔真空隔热袋组成,将有机保温材料(开孔聚氨酯泡沫,开孔聚苯乙烯泡沫等)经特殊工艺压制成有机芯材,外层包上无纺布,形成有机保温芯材,然后将成型的有机保温芯材装入高阻燃的铝箔真空隔热袋内,利用真空机组抽取袋内空气进行封装而成,本实用新型提供一种绿色环保、A级防火、保温效果突出、隔声的外墙保温新型高科技板材。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种建筑材料,尤其涉及一种外墙真空保温板。
背景技术
现有的外墙保温一般是用EPS、XPS或PU,由于材料本身导热系数较大[EPS是0.041w/(m·K),XPS是0.029w/(m·K),PU是0.022w/(m·K)],为了满足建筑节能的要求,在达到相同的保温效果时保温层厚度较大;另外,EPS、XPS、PU的燃烧性能不能达到公安部要求的A级标准;同时PU施工受风力的影响较大;而浆料类保温材料因施工质量控制难度极大,已被各地建设主管部门明令禁止使用了。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种绿色环保、A级防火、保温效果突出、隔声的外墙保温新型高科技板材。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:外墙真空保温板,主要由有机芯材、无纺布、铝箔真空隔热袋组成,将有机保温材料(开孔聚氨酯泡沫,开孔聚苯乙烯泡沫等)经特殊工艺压制成有机芯材,外层包上无纺布,形成有机保温芯材,然后将成型的有机保温芯材装入高阻燃的铝箔真空隔热袋内,利用真空机组抽取袋内空气进行封装而成。
同现有技术相比,本实用新型由于①采用了低导热的保温材料,将物体之间的热传导降到最低;②通过真空机组抽得的高真空,将气流的流动传热降到最低;③采用的纯铝箔结构,对热辐射进行了有效的反射。在原有保温材料的基础上复合以上诸项措施,最终使得该保温板的导热系数大大降低在≤0.007W/(m·K)之下。所以较薄的保温层即可达到较厚的EPS、XPS、PU的保温效果,我国大部分地区只需要使用13mm厚的板材,即可达到建筑节能65%的要求;另外,采用高阻燃的铝箔袋,利用抽真空技术将可燃的有机保温材料进行封装,使外墙保温板的燃烧性能达到了A2级要求,这样就消除了火灾隐患。

具体实施方式
将有机保温材料(开孔聚氨酯泡沫,开孔聚苯乙烯泡沫等)经特殊工艺压制成有机芯材(1),外层包上无纺布(2),形成有机保温芯材,然后将成型的有机保温芯材装入高阻燃的铝箔真空隔热袋(3)内,利用真空机组抽取袋内空气进行封装而成。
安装时,用专用的粘结砂浆采用点框法或条粘法粘贴在基层墙体上。

1.外墙真空保温板,主要由有机芯材、无纺布、铝箔真空隔热袋组成,其特征在于将添加了阻燃剂的有机保温材料经特殊工艺压制成有机芯材,外层包上无纺布,然后将成型的有机保温芯材装入高阻燃的铝箔真空隔热袋内。
