背景技术
目前,建筑物外墙所用保温材料大致有六种:膨胀聚苯板(EPS板)、挤塑聚苯板(XPS板)、岩棉板、胶粉聚苯颗粒保温浆料、聚氨酯发泡材料、珍珠岩等浆料。其中,膨胀聚苯板:导热系数为0.038-0.041,挤塑聚苯板:导热系数为0.028-0.03,二者均存在防火等级抵、强度低、保温效果低等不足;岩棉板:导热系数为0.041-0.045,其存在吸湿性大,组织松散施工难度高,内聚力较小,受外力后易变形,施工繁琐等不足;胶粉聚苯颗粒保温浆料:导热系数为0.057-0.06,需现场搅拌后墙面涂抹,存在施工要求高、吸水性高、保温效果差等不足;聚氨酯发泡材料:导热系数0.025-0.028,需现场喷涂,存在防火等级、施工要求高等不足;珍珠岩等浆料:导热系数为0.07-0.09,也需现场搅拌后墙面涂抹,且其保温效果差,吸水性高。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种外墙高效节能防火保温板,该保温板不仅可防火、导热效果好,而且质轻,使用非常方便。
本实用新型为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种外墙高效节能防火保温板,其由复合无机保温层、陶瓷纤维毯保温层和铝箔玻璃纤维布表层组成。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述外墙高效节能防火保温板的结构从内到外依次为铝箔玻璃纤维布表层、陶瓷纤维毯保温层、复合无机保温层、陶瓷纤维毯保温层、铝箔玻璃纤维布表层,且所述铝箔玻璃纤维布表层与所述陶瓷纤维毯保温层之间为真空。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述无机保温层由发泡水泥、闭孔玻化微珠、玻化短纤和粘胶剂组成。
优选的,所述无机保温层的厚度为10-30mm。
优选的,所述陶瓷纤维毯保温层的厚度为5mm。
优选的,所述铝箔玻璃纤维布表层的厚度为0.5mm。
优选的,所述保温板的导热系数≤0.02W/m.K。
本实用新型的有益效果是:①不可燃,防火可达到A级;②轻质,每平方米重量在15Kg以内;③具有高保温性能:导热系数w/(m·K)在0.02以内;④可以在工厂预制,缩短现场施工时间;⑤施工安装方便,可以象瓷砖一样贴于墙面;⑥与建筑物具有同样的使用寿命。

一种外墙高效节能防火保温板,由复合无机保温层1、陶瓷纤维毯保温层2和铝箔玻璃纤维布表层3组成,其结构从内到外依次为铝箔玻璃纤维布表层、陶瓷纤维毯保温层、复合无机保温层、陶瓷纤维毯保温层、铝箔玻璃纤维布表层,且所述铝箔玻璃纤维布表层与所述陶瓷纤维毯保温层之间为真空。
上述无机保温层由发泡水泥、闭孔玻化微珠、玻化短纤和粘胶剂组成。
上述无机保温层的厚度为10-30mm。
上述陶瓷纤维毯保温层的厚度为5mm。
上述铝箔玻璃纤维布表层的厚度为0.5mm。
上述保温板的导热系数≤0.02W/m.K。

1.一种外墙高效节能防火保温板,其特征在于:其由复合无机保温层(1)、陶瓷纤维毯保温层(2)和铝箔玻璃纤维布表层(3)组成,其结构从内到外依次为铝箔玻璃纤维布表层、陶瓷纤维毯保温层、复合无机保温层、陶瓷纤维毯保温层、铝箔玻璃纤维布表层,且所述铝箔玻璃纤维布表层与所述陶瓷纤维毯保温层之间为真空。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外墙高效节能防火保温板,其特征在于:所述无机保温层的厚度为10-30mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的外墙高效节能防火保温板,其特征在于:所述陶瓷纤维毯保温层的厚度为5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的外墙高效节能防火保温板,其特征在于:所述铝箔玻璃纤维布表层的厚度为0.5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的外墙高效节能防火保温板,其特征在于:所述保温板的导热系数≤0.02W/m.K。
