技术领域
本实用新型涉及智能节能型制氮机,能自动停开机并且再次启动时氮气纯度不下降,主要用于氮气的生产。 
背景技术
现在的制氮机厂家生产的PSA制氮机,在设计的时候一般都会放一定的余量,而且用户在选购设备的时候,也会考虑一定的余量,以便以后用气增加时,不需要再增加新的设备;两者综合,制氮机在运行的时候,经常会出现氮气纯度高于设计值,而氮气流量低于设计值,会存在大马拉小车的情况,部分制氮机厂家加装压力开关,虽能自动停开机但再次起动时氮气纯度会大幅下降,不能满足生产要求,造成能源浪费严重。 
实用新型内容
智能节能型制氮机:智能节能型制氮机系统包括空气压缩机、空气储罐、空气净化组件、制氮机主机、氮气缓冲罐、氮气储存罐;其特征在于:在氮气储罐上安装了氮气储罐压力控制器,在制氮主机上控制箱内安装了PLC控制器;

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。 
参见附图1:本实施例主要由空气压缩机、空气储罐、空气净化组件、制氮机主机、氮气储罐;分别在氮气储罐上安装了氮气储罐压力控制器,在制氮主机上控制箱内安装了PLC控制器。 
本实施例中,连接管道上设置有阀门,通过控制阀门的开关来控制连接管道内气体的流向。 
使用时,两个吸附塔一个工作,一个再生。首先空气压缩机将压缩空气通过连接管道导入空气储罐,经空气净化组件净化处理后进入正在工作的制氮机主机内吸附塔的下部,在吸附塔内生气氮气;氮气从吸附塔的上部出来,通过连接管道,进入通过氮气流量计和连接管道进入氮气缓冲罐中,在吸附塔内自上而下经过碳分子筛床层,过滤掉空气中的氧气,通过连接管道,连接到消音器排入大气中;另一部分氮气通过氮气流量计和连接管道进入氮气储存罐中,供用户直接使用。 
这是一个完整的制氮机工作周期,氮气压力的取样点在氮气储存罐的出口处,通过压力控制器提供的电流信号,通过模拟量模块传送到PLC控制器中;当氮气储存罐中的氮气压力上升到PLC控制器的设定值时,制氮机正常停机;如果空气压力在一定的时间段不下降,提供压缩空气的空气压缩机也会自动停机;当氮气储存罐中的氮气压力下降到PLC控制器的设定值时,制氮机正常开机,并且氮气纯度还保持在原有状态;如果空气压力下降到设定压力时,空气压缩机自动启动运行,从而做到真正意义上的节能。

1.智能节能型制氮机,智能节能型制氮机系统包括空气压缩机、空气储罐、空气净化组件、制氮机主机、氮气缓冲罐、氮气储存罐;其特征在于:在氮气储罐上安装了氮气储罐压力控制器,在制氮主机上控制箱内安装了PLC控制器。
