女孩子们都比较爱美，喜欢穿高跟鞋，但是对于刚刚习惯穿高跟鞋的女孩子来说，穿着高跟鞋走的时间长了，会很累，脚也会很疼。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是要解决上述背景技术中提到的问题，提供一种可以调节鞋的高度的高跟鞋。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种可调节的高跟鞋，其特征是：在鞋体的鞋底面后半部分上设置有一凹槽，在凹槽内设置有一固定座，7字形鞋跟通过转轴固定在固定座上，在凹槽下端的平面上设置有卡钮。 
本实用新型的有益效果是：女孩子们在穿高跟鞋的时候，和穿正常的高跟鞋一样，但是在逛街走路累了或是走的脚疼时，便可将7字形的后跟折回到凹槽中，卡钮会将其卡住，高跟鞋便会成为矮跟鞋，走起路来也会舒服很多，非常便利。
