本实用新型公开了一种装置LED发光体的支架与壳体的安装结构，包括有装置LED发光体的支架、壳体，支架的底部为一椭圆形的底座，椭圆形底座的两侧边分别开有水平的U型缺口；壳体上设有与椭圆形底座相应的椭圆形沉槽，椭圆形沉槽的两侧设有与U型缺口相对应的弧形凹槽，椭圆形沉槽与两侧的弧形凹槽相连通；所述的支架通过椭圆形底座嵌入在壳体上的椭圆形沉槽内。本实用新型是将封装好的LED发光体支架嵌入在路灯铝合金壳体内，增加了发光体支架与路灯壳体的接触面积，提高LED发光体的散热效果，降低LED发光体的温度，减小LED路灯的光。

本实用新型主要是一种装置LED发光体的支架与壳体的安装结构。
背景技术    
    一般路灯上用来放置发光体的发光体支架与路灯壳体之间多是采用悬挂结构，接触点小，因而不利于LED发光体的散热，减少LED路灯的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种装置LED发光体的支架与壳体的安装结构，其是将封装好的LED发光体的支架嵌入在路灯铝合金壳体内，增加了发光体支架与路灯壳体的接触面积，提高LED发光体的散热效果，降低LED发光体的温度，减小LED路灯的光衰。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种装置LED发光体的支架与壳体的安装结构，包括有装置LED发光体的支架、壳体，其特征在于：所述支架的底部为一椭圆形的底座，所述的椭圆形底座的两侧边分别开有水平的U型缺口；所述的壳体上设有与椭圆形底座相应的椭圆形沉槽，椭圆形沉槽的两侧设有与椭圆形底座上U型缺口相对应的弧形凹槽，所述的椭圆形沉槽与两侧的弧形凹槽相连通；所述的支架通过椭圆形底座嵌入在壳体上的椭圆形沉槽内。
所述的壳体为铝合金壳体。
安装时，将封装好的LED发光体的支架底部的椭圆形底座嵌入到壳体上的椭圆形沉槽内。同时可以在在弧形凹槽与U型缺口之间设有卡条将他们卡紧，防止移位。
本实用新型的优点是：
本实用新型是将封装好的LED发光体支架嵌入在路灯铝合金壳体内，增加了发光体支架与路灯壳体的接触面积，提高LED发光体的散热效果，降低LED发光体的温度，减小LED路灯的光衰。

参见图1，一种装置LED发光体的支架与壳体的安装结构，包括有装置LED发光体的支架1、壳体2，所述支架1的底部为一椭圆形的底座3，所述的椭圆形底座3的两侧边分别开有水平的U型缺口4；所述的壳体2上设有与椭圆形底座相应的椭圆形沉槽5，椭圆形沉槽5的两侧设有与椭圆形底座上U型缺口相对应的弧形凹槽6，所述的椭圆形沉槽5与两侧的弧形凹槽6相连通；所述支架1通过椭圆形底座3嵌入在壳体上的椭圆形沉槽5内。所述的壳体2为铝合金壳体。

1.一种装置LED发光体的支架与壳体的安装结构，包括有装置LED发光体的支架、壳体，其特征在于：所述支架的底部为一椭圆形的底座，所述的椭圆形底座的两侧边分别开有水平的U型缺口；所述的壳体上设有与椭圆形底座相应的椭圆形沉槽，椭圆形沉槽的两侧设有与椭圆形底座上U型缺口相对应的弧形凹槽，所述的椭圆形沉槽与两侧的弧形凹槽相连通；所述的支架通过椭圆形底座嵌入在壳体上的椭圆形沉槽内。
