Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种离心快速切割机构,它以一小功率制动电机为动力源,制动电机带动回转机构高速旋转,高速旋转产生的离心力使切割刀片快速靠近所切割管材,瞬间将管材切断。整个切割过程由PLC设定,切割过程耗时非常短,提高了生产效率。同时因为切割刀片很薄,基本无切屑产生,无需安装切屑回收装置,节约成本,切割机构外有不锈钢防护罩既美观又安全可靠。

技术领域
本实用新型属塑料机械行业中用于小规格PVC管材的快速切割机构,它通过回转机构高速旋转时产生的离心力使切割刀片快速靠近所切割管材,瞬间将管材切断。切割时间短,无切屑而且安全可靠。 
技术背景
目前,对小规格PVC管材切割,比较常用抬刀切割机构,其原理很简单:切割刀片直接固定在电机轴上,将电机固定在一块能绕一根固定轴旋转的安装板上,通过气缸伸缩使安装板摆动一定角度,实现对管材切割。其切割时间较长,而且切割机构所占空间较大。(该切割方式对生产线的线速度有一定要求,如线速度要求较块,则切割时切割机构要求的行程比较长,那么整机就较长。同时用切割片切割管材时有切屑,需安装切屑的回收装置。)。为了让设备发挥出最大生产效能,小规格PVC管材在生产时,往往同时要求生产两根(或四根),只需将与主机联接的成型模具做成两口(或四口)就可实现,当然成型模具口与口的间距越小越好(成型模具内流道长短对机头压力和PVC制品均有影响),由于抬刀切割机构所占空间较大,所以用该机构很难实现同时对两根(或四根)管材快速切割。 
发明内容
本实用新型针对以上不足,提供一种一种离心快速切割机构。本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 
一种离心快速切割机构,刀片组件的一端与一块哈夫联接,另一端固定切割刀片,刀片组件中间与回转轴联接,支撑管组件与刀片组件用同样的方法安装在另一个哈夫上。 
它以一小功率制动电机为动力源,制动电机带动回转机构高速旋转,回转机构高速旋转时产生的离心力使切割刀片快速靠近所切割管材,瞬间将管材切断。切割过程由PLC设定,切割完后制动电机立即停止,整个切割过程耗时非常短,提高了生产效率。因为切割过程瞬时完成,所以在切割时该套机构行程较短,整台机器可以做的很小,节约了空间;同时因为切割刀片很薄,基本无切屑产生,也无需安装切屑回收装置,节约成本;而且该套机构安全可靠。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,刀片组件7的一端与一块哈夫联接,另一端固定切割刀片,刀片组件7中间与回转轴3联接,因为刀片组件7的刀架板中间有轴承,刀片组件7能灵活摆动,支撑管组件9与刀片组件7用同样的方法安装在另一个哈夫上。当切割过程开始时,控制后气缸夹紧组件1和前气缸夹紧组件2的电磁阀迅速得电,将所切 管材夹紧(通过斜面与斜面接触),同时制动电机启动,制动电机带动皮带盘4使回转轴3高速旋转,回转轴3高速旋转时产生的离心力使哈夫5向外运动,分别使刀片组件7和支撑管组件9靠近所切管材,边切割边支撑,因为在回转轴3的轴端有两个限位销8,当刀片组件7和支撑管组件9碰到限位销8时,哈夫5就不在向外运动了。管材切好后,前后夹管组件放松,哈夫在弹簧作用下回位,切割电机迅速停止,切割过程结束。整个切割过程耗时很短。

1.一种离心快速切割机构,其特征在于:刀片组件的一端与一块哈夫联接,另一端固定切割刀片,刀片组件中间与回转轴联接,支撑管组件与刀片组件用同样的方法安装在另一个哈夫上。
