本实用新型涉及用于内燃机、汽车用减速型起动机,属起动机技术领域,尤其是一种用于减速起动机的电枢。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的发展,小型化、轻量化是社会发展趋势,大力节约能源资源,保护生态环境,建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的必然选择。一般起动机电枢线采用漆包圆铜线或铜扁线;电枢片齿槽为腰形槽,如要达到较大的电枢力矩或者输出功率增加,必须加大其线径,增大电枢的体积。这样不仅增大了整个电枢的体积,而且造成了资源的浪费。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的电枢体积大、浪费资源的不足,本实用新型提供了一种用于减速起动机的电枢。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种用于减速起动机的电枢,包括电枢轴、电枢片、电枢绝缘片、电枢线和换向器,所述电枢片和电枢绝缘片压在电枢轴内,所述电枢片内插有槽绝缘,所述电枢齿槽内设有电枢线,所述换向器内设有电枢线,所述电枢齿槽为异型槽,上部为圆形,下部为圆扁形,所述电枢线的外层为漆包圆铜线,内层为漆包铜扁线。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述电枢轴采用20CrMnTi材料。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例,进一步包括电枢片为10钢或者矽钢片。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例,进一步包括换向器为含银铜材。
本实用新型的有益效果是,本产品外层线为漆包圆铜线,内层线通过压制工艺把漆包圆铜线压成漆包铜扁线;比较相同功率的电枢体积更小,节材;同样体积的电枢力矩更大,输出功率更大。

具体实施方式
如图1是本实用新型的结构示意图,一种用于减速起动机的电枢,包括电枢轴1、电枢片2、电枢绝缘片3、电枢线4和换向器5,所述电枢片2和电枢绝缘片3压在电枢轴1内,所述电枢片2内插有槽绝缘6,所述电枢齿槽7内设有电枢线4,所述换向器5内设有电枢线4,所述电枢齿槽7为异型槽,上部为圆形,下部为圆扁形,所述电枢线4的外层为漆包圆铜线,内层为漆包铜扁线。
所述电枢轴1采用20CrMnTi材料。电枢片2为10钢或者矽钢片。换向器5为含银铜材。
该电枢由电枢轴1、电枢片2、电枢绝缘片3、电枢线4、槽绝缘6、固定环10、换向器5等组成;把电枢片2、电枢绝缘片3和电枢绝缘线8压入电枢轴1中,在电枢片2内插入槽绝缘6,把成型的电枢线4插入电枢片2的槽内,扭形,压入换向器5,把电枢线4压入换向器5线槽内、焊接,绝缘处理、精加工等完成电枢。
本发明为一种减速起动机电枢,通过起动机通电后使电枢旋转传递转矩,使发动机起动。起动机的工作过程:接通起动机开关,电磁开关通电,在电磁吸力作用下,铜铁芯9被吸动,这时借助拨叉使起动机齿轮前移与发动机飞轮齿环啮合,与此同时,电磁开关主触点闭合,接通起动机电源,电枢旋转传递转矩给发动机曲轴,使发动机起动,停止通电,齿轮退出,起动机停止工作。
通过特殊工艺,使漆包圆铜线做成的电枢线4一半为圆铜线,一半为铜扁线;同时电枢齿槽7为异形槽,上部为圆形,下部为圆扁形,以提高槽满率;本结构使电枢轭部磁通密度更加合理。

1.一种用于减速起动机的电枢,包括电枢轴(1)、电枢片(2)、电枢绝缘片(3)、电枢线(4)和换向器(5),所述电枢片(2)和电枢绝缘片(3)压在电枢轴(1)内,其特征是,所述电枢片(2)内插有槽绝缘(6),所述电枢齿槽(7)内设有电枢线(4),所述换向器(5)内设有电枢线(4),所述电枢齿槽(7)为异型槽,上部为圆形,下部为圆扁形,所述电枢线(4)的外层为漆包圆铜线,内层为漆包铜扁线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于减速起动机的电枢,其特征是,所述电枢轴(1)采用20CrMnTi材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于减速起动机的电枢,其特征是,电枢片(2)为10钢或者矽钢片。
