本实用新型公开了一种便携式锂电池储能光伏发电装置,它主要包括太阳能电池组件、智能控制器、锂电池、开关及各种接插座和后盖,其特征是:所述太阳能电池组件包括层压件、铝合金边框和接线盒,所述层压件固定安装在铝合金边框内,所述铝合金边框设有提手,所述接线盒、智能控制器、锂电池、开关及各种接插座均安装在层压件和后盖之间。该种便携式锂电池储能光伏发电装置,实现了太阳能供电储能装置的模块化、集成化,并且寿命长、便于携带、易于使用,还提供了数码产品充电接口,非常实用,适用于作为野外探险、露营、野外作业等情况的供电设备,也可以应用于各类太阳能应用产品。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及太阳能发电装置,特别是涉及便携式锂电池储能光伏发电装置。
背景技术
太阳能作为一种绿色、清洁、无污染而又取之不尽的能源,越来越受青睐,各种太阳能发电装置也层出不穷。太阳能发电装置主要由太阳能电池组件、太阳能控制器、蓄电池组成。太阳能电池组件是太阳能发电装置的核心部分,也是太阳能发电系统中价值最高的部分,其作用是将太阳能转化为电能,或送往蓄电池中存储起来,或推动负载工作。太阳能控制器的作用是控制整个系统的工作状态,并对蓄电池起到过充电保护、过放电保护的作用,还具备温度补偿、光控开关、时控开关等可选的附加功能。蓄电池,一般为铅酸电池,其作用是在有光照时将太阳能电池板所发出的电能储存起来,到需要的时候再释放出来。但现有太阳能发电装置还存在有以下问题:一是太阳能电池组件、太阳能控制器和蓄电池是三个独立的东西,它们之间需用导线连接,往往不能在同一位置安装,给安装及后续的更换维护带来麻烦,也影响了系统的可靠性;二是铅酸蓄电池体积大,重量重,不便于移动、携带;三是铅酸蓄电池循环寿命约为300-500次,使用寿命较短,需经常更换蓄电池。
发明内容
针对现有太阳能发电装置存在的上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种集成式、便携式、长寿命的便携式锂电池储能光伏发电装置。
本实用新型要解决的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:所述便携式锂电池储能光伏发电装置主要包括太阳能电池组件、智能控制器、锂电池、开关及各种接插座和后盖,所述太阳能电池组件包括层压件、铝合金边框和接线盒,所述层压件固定安装在铝合金边框内,所述铝合金边框设有提手,所述接线盒、智能控制器、锂电池、开关及各种接插座均安装在层压件和后盖之间,所述接线盒和智能控制器固定敷设在层压件的背面,所述锂电池通过锂电池盒固定安装在层压件的背面,用于安装锂电池的锂电池盒通过铆钉固定在铝合金边框上, 所述开关及各种接插座通过开关及各种接插座安装片安装在层压件的背面,所述开关及各种接插座安装片通过铆钉固定在铝合金边框上,所述接线盒通过导线和智能控制器相连,所述智能控制器通过导线又分别和锂电池、开关及各种接插座相连,所述后盖通过铆钉固定安装在铝合金边框上。
所述智能控制器除具有普通太阳能控制器的功能外,还设有锂电池均衡保护电路、市电互补自动切换电路。锂电池均衡保护电路用于对锂电池均衡充电控制和保护,市电互补自动切换电路用于市电充电和太阳能能充电自动切换。
所述开关及各种接插座设有电源总开关、负载开关、市电输入接口、直流电源输出接口、USB供电输出接口,对于开关和接口的数量及种类可以根据需要来设置。设置了开关、接插座方便操作,也便于对一些直流负载供电和对一些数码产品充电。
所述后盖设有智能控制器观察及操作孔和开关及各种接插座通孔,便于观察智能控制器的状态及对智能控制器、开关、接插座的操作。
所述锂电池替代传统的铅酸电池作为储能电池,它的循环寿命可达2000次以上,而铅酸蓄电池的循环寿命约300-500次,同质量的铅酸蓄电池一般可以使用1-1.5年,而磷酸铁锂电池在同样条件下可使用7-8年,综合考虑,它的性能价格比为铅酸蓄电池的4倍以上。因此,采用锂电池作为储能设备大大的延长了使用寿命,同时,还实现了太阳能电池组件、智能控制器、储能锂电池集成在一个模块里,方便携带,易于使用。
本实用新型所述便携式锂电池储能光伏发电装置的主要创新点在于:一是用寿命长、体积小、质量轻、储能效果好的锂电池替代铅酸电池作为储能电池;二是实现了太阳能电池组件、智能控制器、储能锂电池集成在一个模块里,同时实现发电、储能和各种控制功能,可直接驱动负载,便于携带,易于使用;三是智能控制器设有锂电池均衡保护电路和市电互补自动切换电路,可以有效的延长锂电池的使用寿命,也使整个系统供电更为可靠;四是设有开关及各种接插座,安装了电源总开关、负载开关,提供了市电输入接口、直流电源输出接口、USB供电输出接口等,方便操作,也便于对一些直流负载供电和对一些数码产品充电。
本实用新型的有益效果是,实现了太阳能供电储能装置的模块化、集成化,并且寿命长、便于携带、易于使用,还提供了数码产品充电接口,非常实用。
本实用新型适用于作为野外探险、露营、野外作业等情况的供电设备,也可以应用于各类太阳能应用产品。

参照图1、图2和图3,本实用新型便携式锂电池储能光伏发电装置主要包括太阳能电池组件、智能控制器(4)、锂电池(5)、开关及各种接插座(7)和后盖(10),所述太阳能电池组件包括层压件(1)、铝合金边框(2)和接线盒(3),所述层压件(1)固定安装在铝合金边框(2)内,所述铝合金边框(2)设有提手(9),所述接线盒(3)和智能控制器(4)固定敷设在层压件(1)的背面,所述锂电池(5)通过锂电池盒(6)固定安装在层压件(1)的背面,用于安装锂电池的锂电池盒(6)通过铆钉固定在铝合金边框(2)上, 所述开关及各种接插座(7)通过开关及各种接插座安装片(8)安装在层压件(1)的背面,所述开关及各种接插座安装片(8)通过铆钉固定在铝合金边框(2)上,所述接线盒(3)通过导线和智能控制器(4)相连,所述智能控制器(4)通过导线又分别和锂电池(5)、开关及各种接插座(7)相连,所述智能控制器(4)除具有普通太阳能控制器的功能外,还设有锂电池均衡保护电路、市电互补自动切换电路(图中未画出),在本实施例中,所述开关及各种接插座(7)设有1个电源总开关、1个负载开关、1个市电输入接口、2个直流电源输出接口、2个USB供电输出接口(图中未画出),对于其他实施例,开关和接口的数量及种类可以根据需要来设置,所述接线盒(3)、智能控制器(4)、锂电池(5)、开关及各种接插座(7)均安装在层压件(1)和后盖(10)之间,所述后盖(10)通过铆钉固定安装在铝合金边框(2)上,所述后盖(10)设有智能控制器观察及操作孔(11)和开关及各种接插座通孔(12),便于观察智能控制器的状态及对智能控制器、开关、接插座的操作。这样,就实现了太阳能电池组件、智能控制器、储能锂电池集成在一个模块里,方便携带,易于使用。

1.便携式锂电池储能光伏发电装置,它主要包括太阳能电池组件、智能控制器、锂电池、开关及各种接插座和后盖,其特征是:所述太阳能电池组件包括层压件、铝合金边框和接线盒,所述层压件固定安装在铝合金边框内,所述铝合金边框设有提手,所述接线盒、智能控制器、锂电池、开关及各种接插座均安装在层压件和后盖之间,所述接线盒和智能控制器固定敷设在层压件的背面,所述锂电池通过锂电池盒固定安装在层压件的背面,用于安装锂电池的锂电池盒通过铆钉固定在铝合金边框上, 所述开关及各种接插座通过开关及各种接插座安装片安装在层压件的背面,所述开关及各种接插座安装片通过铆钉固定在铝合金边框上,所述接线盒通过导线和智能控制器相连,所述智能控制器通过导线又分别和锂电池、开关及各种接插座相连,所述后盖通过铆钉固定安装在铝合金边框上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式锂电池储能光伏发电装置,其特征是:所述智能控制器设有锂电池均衡保护电路、市电互补自动切换电路。
3.根据权利要求1所述的便携式锂电池储能光伏发电装置,其特征是:所述开关及各种接插座设有电源总开关、负载开关、市电输入接口、直流电源输出接口、USB供电输出接口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的便携式锂电池储能光伏发电装置,其特征是:所述后盖设有智能控制器观察及操作孔和开关及各种接插座通孔。
