Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种野外光伏供电系统,包括太阳能电池板、蓄电池组、控制面板、充电控制器电路及放电控制器电路,所述控制面板上设有市电充电端口、市电充电开关、若干个电池板输入端口及输出端口,所述蓄电池组分别连接逆变电路、充电控制器电路及放电控制器电路,所述市电充电端口、市电充电开关、若干个电池板输入端口均与充电控制器电连接,所述输出端口与放电控制器电路电连接,太阳能电池板通过对充线连接到电池板输入端口。上述结构在长时间无法接触市电或不想用市电充电时,可充分利用太阳能充电。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种蓄电池,特别指一种野外光伏供电系统。
背景技术
市面上现有的蓄电池均需要连接市电进行充电,然而在出差、旅行、户外活动及野外工作等等无市电供电系统的情况下,现有的蓄电池在放电完毕后就无法再充电,因此在上述特定的环境中现有的蓄电池无法满足使用要求。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能利用太阳光进行充电的野外光伏供电系统。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术解决方案为:
一种野外光伏供电系统,包括太阳能电池板、蓄电池组、控制面板、充电控制器电路及放电控制器电路,所述控制面板上设有市电充电端口、市电充电开关、若干个电池板输入端口及输出端口,所述蓄电池组分别连接逆变电路、充电控制器电路及放电控制器电路,所述市电充电端口、市电充电开关、若干个电池板输入端口均与充电控制器电连接,所述输出端口与放电控制器电路电连接,太阳能电池板通过对充线连接到电池板输入端口。
进一步,所述充电控制器电路及放电控制器电路均集成于一主电路板上。
进一步,所述主电路板上还设有逆变电路,所述控制面板上设有的输出端口包括直流输出端口及交流输出端口,直流输出端口及交流输出端口均与所述逆变电路电连接。
进一步,所述蓄电池组由若干个锂离子电池及与若干个锂离子电池相连接的控制电路板组成。
进一步,所述锂离子电池组固定于电池固定板上,锂离子电池组顶端及底端分别设有电池上盖板、电池下底板,所述控制面板设于电池上盖板外侧,控制面板、电池上盖板、电池固定板、电池下底板通过若干个长螺杆固定组装为一体,所述主电路板固定于电池固定板及电池上盖板上,所述由长螺杆固定组装的控制面板、电池上盖板、电池固定板、电池下底板及锂离子电池组、主电路板均设于一箱体内。
由于本实用新型野外光伏供电系统包括太阳能电池板,因此在长时间无法接触市电或不想用市电充电时,可充分利用太阳能充电,满足野外作业、训练、旅行等特殊使用条件,使用方便并且更加节约能源;另外,采用锂离子电池组并且将充电控制器电路、放电控制器电路逆变器电路集成在一个主电路板上,使该系统更加小巧、重量轻,便于携带。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型野外光伏供电系统包括太阳能电池板1、锂离子电池组2、主电路板3、箱体4,锂离子电池组2由若干组锂离子电池21及与若干组锂离子电池21相连接的控制电路板22组成,在控制电路板22的作用下,使电池组中的各个锂离子电池的各项参数保持平衡,主电路板3上集成有逆变电路、充电控制器电路及放电控制器电路;
如图2、3、4所示,锂离子电池组2固定于电池固定板5上,并且锂离子电池组2顶端及底端分别设有电池上盖板6、电池下底板7,电池上盖板6外侧设有控制面板8,控制面板8、电池上盖板6、电池固定板5、电池下底板7通过若干个长螺杆9固定组装为一体,电池上盖板6及电池固定板5上还分别设有电路板插槽,主电路板3固定于电池固定板5及电池上盖板6上,另外,电池固定板5上还设有电压表驱动电路板10;由长螺杆9固定组装的控制面板8、电池上盖板6、电池固定板5、电池下底板7及锂离子电池组2、主电路板3均设于箱体1内,控制面板8及箱体盖41上分别设有把手12、13,控制面板8上还设有电池板输入端口81、市电充电插座82、市电充电开关83、直流输出插座84、直流输出开关85、交流输出插座86、交流输出开关87,市电充电保险88、直流输出保险89,如图5所示,电池板输入端口81可根据需要设置若干个;
锂离子电池组2分别与主电路板3上的逆变电路、充电控制器电路及放电控制器电路相连接,控制面板8上的电池板输入端口81、市电充电插座82及市电充电开关83、市电充电保险88均与主电路板上的充电控制器电连接,直流输出插座84、直流输出开关85、直流输出保险89均与主电路板上的放电控制器电连接,交流输出插座86、交流输出开关87均与逆变电路电连接,太阳能电池板通过对充线连接到电池板输入端口81。
在需要用市电充电时,将电源线插入市电充电插座82,即可充电,当无法用市电充电或不想用市电充电时,即可采用太阳能电池板充电。
另外,所述锂离子电池还可采用常用的镍氢等电池。

Claims (5)

1.一种野外光伏供电系统,其特征在于,包括太阳能电池板、蓄电池组、控制面板、充电控制器电路及放电控制器电路,所述控制面板上设有市电充电端口、市电充电开关、若干个电池板输入端口及输出端口,所述蓄电池组分别连接逆变电路、充电控制器电路及放电控制器电路,所述市电充电端口、市电充电开关、若干个电池板输入端口均与充电控制器电连接,所述输出端口与放电控制器电路电连接,太阳能电池板通过对充线连接到电池板输入端口。
2.如权利要求1所述的野外光伏供电系统,其特征在于,所述充电控制器电路及放电控制器电路均集成于一主电路板上。
3.如权利要求1所述的野外光伏供电系统,其特征在于,所述主电路板上还设有逆变电路,所述控制面板上设有的输出端口包括直流输出端口及交流输出端口,直流输出端口及交流输出端口均与所述逆变电路电连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的野外光伏供电系统,其特征在于,所述蓄电池组由若干个锂离子电池及与若干个锂离子电池相连接的控制电路板组成。
5.如权利要求4所述的野外光伏供电系统,其特征在于,所述锂离子电池组固定于电池固定板上,锂离子电池组顶端及底端分别设有电池上盖板、电池下底板,所述控制面板设于电池上盖板外侧,控制面板、电池上盖板、电池固定板、电池下底板通过若干个长螺杆固定组装为一体,所述主电路板固定于电池固定板及电池上盖板上,所述由长螺杆固定组装的控制面板、电池上盖板、电池固定板、电池下底板及锂离子电池组、主电路板均设于一箱体内。
