背景技术
在沥青混合料搅拌及热再生设备中，骨料的加热采用烘干筒加热的方法，此种方法已经延用了很多年，其缺点是：产生的灰尘大，热量利用率低。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点，本实用新型提供一种带加热的振动输送机，它结构简单，造价低，燃耗低。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：上料皮带机的出料口下端有振动输送机，振动输送机的上方固定有加热器，振动输送机的出料口下端有热热料提升机。
所述振动输送机的下端固定振动源。
所述的振动输送机上固定有骨料翻转的装置。
本实用新型具有下列优点：1)、设备结构简单、制造成本低；2)、采用环保平板加热器，燃烧效率高，可以低碳，低氧燃烧；3)、加热过程中灰尘产生的量少；4)、节约电力，同型号相比可节电50％。

具体实施方式
如附图所示，上料皮带机1的出料口下端有振动输送机2，振动输送机2的上方固定有加热器4，振动输送机2的出料口下端有热热料提升机5。

所述的振动输送机2上固定有骨料翻转的装置(图中未画出)。
所述的加热器4可以使用多种能源，可使用一个或多个。
所述的振动输送机2有多种形式：A、单层结构，如图1所示；B、多层平行结构，如图2所示；C、多层交叉结构，如图3所示；D、多层单振源结构，如图4所示。

1.一种带加热的振动输送机，其特征在于：上料皮带机(1)的出料口下端有振动输送机(2)，振动输送机(2)的上方固定有加热器(4)，振动输送机(2)的出料口下端有热热料提升机(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带加热的振动输送机，其特征在于：所述振动输送机(2)的上固定振动源(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带加热的振动输送机，其特征在于：所述的振动输送机(2)上固定有骨料翻转的装置。
