Abstract

一种高承载能力的同向双螺杆挤出机组合止推轴承装置,包括固定在传动箱体内的组合止推轴承座,在伸入组合止推轴承座内的两根输出齿轮轴上分别设有组合止推轴承,组合止推轴承座的一端设有与挤出机的两根输出轴相适配的滚针轴承,组合止推轴承座的另一端设有组合止推轴承压盖;所述组合止推轴承包括沿输出轴轴向设置的若干止推轴承体。本实用新型是将两组相同的组合止推轴承设置在两根输出轴上,可根据同向双螺杆挤出机两根螺杆轴向力的大小,随意配置组合轴承的组合数量,以达到所需承载能力,在螺杆瞬间轴向力过载时,两组轴承轴向位移变形一样,螺杆啮合不会干涉,达到螺杆轴向配合间隙自动调节的目的,结构简单可靠,具有较高的承载能力。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及塑料机械行业所采用的同向双螺杆挤出机传动系统,尤其是涉及一种高承载能力的同向双螺杆挤出机组合止推轴承装置。 
背景技术
由于同向双螺杆挤出机传动系统结构特点,传动箱输出轴要承受很大的轴向力,普通轴承不能满足承载能力,以组合止推轴承形式配置,满足承载要求。通常塑机行业同向双螺杆挤出机传动系统中两根输出轴所采用的止推轴承结构不一样,一根为组合止推轴承,一根为普通圆柱滚子推力轴承,虽然两组轴承承载能力一样,但在允许范围内变形刚度是不一样的,在螺杆瞬间轴向力过载时,两组轴承轴向位移变形错位,螺杆啮合干涉,出现事故。 
发明内容
发明目的:本实用新型的目的是要解决上述技术问题,提供一种简单可靠,并具有高承载能力的同向双螺杆挤出机组合止推轴承装置。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用了如下的技术方案: 
一种高承载能力的同向双螺杆挤出机组合止推轴承装置,包括固定在传动箱体内的组合止推轴承座,在伸入组合止推轴承座内的两根输出齿轮轴上分别设有组合止推轴承,组合止推轴承座的一端设有与挤出机的两根输出轴相适配的滚针轴承,组合止推轴承座的另一端设有组合止推轴承压盖;所述组合止推轴承包括沿输出轴轴向设置的若干止推轴承体。 
进一步的,所述止推轴承体包括止推轴承动环、止推轴承定环、止推轴承支撑外环、止推轴承滚柱和止推轴承支撑内环,所述止推轴承滚柱设置在止推轴承动环和止推轴承定环之间,所述止推轴承动环的外圆与止推轴承支撑外环的内圆相适配,所述止推轴承支撑内环的外圆与止推轴承定环的内圆相适配,止推轴承支撑外环的外圆和止推轴承定环的外圆均与组合止推轴承座的内圆相适配。 
进一步的,所述组合止推轴承和组合止推轴承压盖之间设有调整环。 
进一步的,所述组合止推轴承压盖通过内六角螺钉与传动箱体固定。 
有益效果:本实用新型是将两组结构完全相同的组合止推轴承分别设置在两根输出轴上,可根据同向双螺杆挤出机两根螺杆轴向力的大小,随意配置组合轴承体的组合数量,以达到所需承载能力,因两组组合止推轴承相同,变形刚度也相同,在螺杆瞬间轴 向力过载时,两组轴承轴向位移变形一样,螺杆啮合不会干涉,达到螺杆轴向配合间隙自动调节的目的,结构简单可靠,具有较高的承载能力。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做更进一步的解释。 
如图所示,本实用新型的一种高承载能力的同向双螺杆挤出机组合止推轴承装置包括固定在传动箱体内的组合止推轴承座4,组合止推轴承座4的内腔设有两套组合止推轴承,两套组合止推轴承分别设置在伸入组合止推轴承座4内的两根输出齿轮轴上;组合止推轴承座4的一端设有与挤出机的两根输出轴相适配的滚针轴承3,组合止推轴承座4的另一端设有组合止推轴承压盖11,在两组组合止推轴承和组合止推轴承压盖11之间设有两个调整环10,组合止推轴承压盖11通过内六角螺钉12与传动箱体固定。 
组合止推轴承包括沿输出轴轴向设置的若干止推轴承体,止推轴承体包括止推轴承动环5、止推轴承定环6、止推轴承支撑外环7、止推轴承滚柱8和止推轴承支撑内环9,止推轴承滚柱8设置在止推轴承动环5和止推轴承定环6之间,止推轴承动环5的外圆与止推轴承支撑外环7的内圆相适配,止推轴承支撑内环9的外圆与止推轴承定环6的内圆相适配,止推轴承支撑外环7的外圆和止推轴承定环6的外圆均与组合止推轴承座4的内圆相适配。 
同向双螺杆挤出机工作时,作用在两根螺杆上的轴向力传递给第一输出齿轮轴1与第二输出齿轮轴2,第一输出齿轮轴1与第二输出齿轮轴2再传递给设置在其尾部的两套组合止推轴承,组合止推轴承压盖11通过调整环10支撑组合止推轴轴承。止推轴承支撑外环7与止推轴承支撑内环9将整个轴向力均匀的分配给每个止推轴承体的止推轴承动环5与组合止推轴承定环6。每套组合止推轴承的承载能力取决于止推轴承体的数量,组合止推轴承的轴向尺寸可通过调整组合止推轴承压盖11来解决。滚针轴承3用来支撑第一输出齿轮轴1与第二输出齿轮轴2做相对旋转。

1.一种高承载能力的同向双螺杆挤出机组合止推轴承装置,其特征在于:包括固定在传动箱体内的组合止推轴承座(4),在伸入组合止推轴承座(4)内的两根输出齿轮轴上分别设有组合止推轴承,组合止推轴承座(4)的一端设有与挤出机的两根输出轴相适配的滚针轴承(3),组合止推轴承座(4)的另一端设有组合止推轴承压盖(11);所述组合止推轴承包括沿输出轴轴向设置的若干止推轴承体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高承载能力的同向双螺杆挤出机组合止推轴承装置,其特征在于:所述止推轴承体包括止推轴承动环(5)、止推轴承定环(6)、止推轴承支撑外环(7)、止推轴承滚柱(8)和止推轴承支撑内环(9),所述止推轴承滚柱(8)设置在止推轴承动环(5)和止推轴承定环(6)之间,所述止推轴承动环(5)的外圆与止推轴承支撑外环(7)的内圆相适配,所述止推轴承支撑内环(9)的外圆与止推轴承定环(6)的内圆相适配,止推轴承支撑外环(7)的外圆和止推轴承定环(6)的外圆均与组合止推轴承座(4)的内圆相适配。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高承载能力的同向双螺杆挤出机组合止推轴承装置,其特征在于:所述组合止推轴承和组合止推轴承压盖(11)之间设有调整环(10)。
