技术领域
本实用新型涉及井下作业专用工具领域,特别适用于油田水平井筛管顶部注水泥完井工艺中的井下专用组合胶塞。
背景技术
水平井筛管顶部注水泥完井工艺是近年推广的主要技术,该技术可使油层具有较大的裸露面积,同时避免了水泥浆对油层的损害,具有建井成本低,油井产能高等优点,已经成为水平井完井的主导技术。但是在该技术钻塞的过程中,暴漏出分级箍破损、防砂管破损、工具脱扣、套管月牙型磨损等问题,给油田生产带来了的损失。为解决这些问题,出现了各种方案的免钻塞完井工艺,而在这些诸多的工艺中,成功的打捞盲板是这些工艺中最重要的环节。井下专用组合胶塞就是为了配合免钻塞工艺成功解决打捞盲板的一种工具。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述缺陷,提供一种耐磨性好、顶替干净、小胶塞强度高、碰压可靠、性能稳定可靠的井下专用组合胶塞。
其技术方案包括:胶筒及其内的胶塞本体,胶塞本体内嵌套着小胶塞,小胶塞下面连接有引鞋。
所述的技术方案还包括:小胶塞与胶塞本体之间还设有密封圈和密封垫,小胶塞与胶塞本体采用销钉连接,引鞋外端部为球面结构。
本实用新型结构简单,加工制造方便,胶塞耐磨性好,顶替干净,小胶塞强度高,碰压可靠,性能稳定可靠,应用于免钻塞的完井工艺中,可解决钻塞技术中因钻塞所暴漏出分级箍破损、防砂管破损、工具脱扣、套管月牙型磨损等问题。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本实用新型由胶筒1、胶塞本体2、小胶塞3、引鞋4等组成,胶塞本体2内嵌套着小胶塞3,小胶塞3下面连接引鞋4,引鞋4底部为球面结构,小胶塞与胶塞本体之间还设有密封圈6和密封垫7,小胶塞与胶塞本体采用销钉5连接。
本实用新型工作过程如下:在钻井完井固井的过程中,当注入够设计的水泥浆量时,停止向完井管柱内注入水泥,转而向管内投入井下专用组合胶塞,在管内液体的推动下,井下专用组合胶塞推动着下面的水泥浆向下运动,直到把管内的所有水泥浆替到管外。此时胶塞本体2坐入到免钻塞工具内,随着管内的压力逐渐升高,小胶塞3剪断销钉向下运动,坐到胶塞座上,实现碰压。

1.一种井下专用组合胶塞,其特征在于:包括胶筒及其内的胶塞本体,胶塞本体内还嵌套着小胶塞,小胶塞下面连接有引鞋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的井下专用组合胶塞,其特征在于:小胶塞与胶塞本体之间还设有密封圈和密封垫,小胶塞与胶塞本体采用销钉连接,引鞋外端部为球面结构。
