本实用新型提出的堵漏封隔器,包括:外筒体和内筒体,所述外筒体与所述内筒体之间上部通过紧定销固定;所述外筒体与所述内筒体之间通过单流阀导通;所述外筒体为胶筒;所述内筒体顶部设有连接机构,通过连接机构连接到钻井钻杆上;所述内筒体底部设有堵头,所述堵头与所述内筒体内径相适配以密封所述内筒体的底部;还包括罩帽,所述罩帽套接于所述内筒体底部。在用钻杆送到预设深度时,向内筒体内加压。由于内筒体通过单流阀与外筒体导通,在加压时压力通过单流阀到达外筒体。外筒体为一胶筒,在压力作用下胶筒产生形变,挤压井壁,实现固定封隔环空。然后进一步加压,由于堵头与内筒体是密封的,在压力作用下剪断销,推动堵头落入罩帽内。本实用新型经过简单的结构可以实现对钻井的堵漏。

本实用新型涉及一种堵漏封隔器。
背景技术
在石油、地质钻探、完井作业等领域,都会遇到堵漏作业。现有技术中是采用通过水泥进行堵漏,但是由于漏层上部液柱压力作用,会发生水泥堵漏时水泥完全漏失或形成混浆,造成反复多次堵漏失败。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷和不足,本实用新型的目的是提出一种堵漏封隔器,能够通过简单的结构对钻井进行堵漏。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提出了一种堵漏封隔器,包括:外筒体和内筒体,所述外筒体与所述内筒体之间上部通过紧定销固定;所述外筒体与所述内筒体之间通过单流阀导通;所述外筒体为胶筒;所述内筒体顶部设有连接机构;所述内筒体底部设有堵头,所述堵头与所述内筒体内径相适配以密封所述内筒体的底部;还包括罩帽,所述罩帽套接于所述内筒体底部。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述堵头与所述内筒体之间通过销固定;所述销沿垂直于所述内筒体轴向的方向设置。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述连接机构包括接头,所述接头通过密封环连接内筒体。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述堵头套接于所述内筒体内。
本实用新型提出的堵漏封隔器,可以通过连接机构连接到钻井的钻杆上,在用钻杆送到预设深度时,向内筒体内加压。由于内筒体通过单流阀与外筒体导通,在加压时压力通过单流阀到达外筒体。外筒体为一胶筒,在压力作用下胶筒产生形变,挤压井壁,实现固定。然后进一步加压,由于堵头与内筒体是密封的,在压力作用下剪断剪销,推动堵头落入罩帽内。本实用新型经过简单的结构可以实现对钻井的堵漏。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明。
本实用新型优选实施例的堵漏封隔器如图1所示,包括:外筒体3和内筒体5,所述外筒体3与所述内筒体5之间上部通过紧定销2固定;所述外筒体3与所述内筒体5之间通过单流阀4导通;所述外筒体3为胶筒;所述内筒体5顶部设有连接机构;所述内筒体5底部设有堵头6,所述堵头6与所述内筒体5内径相适配以密封所述内筒体5的底部;还包括罩帽7,所述罩帽7套接于所述内筒体5底部。所述堵头6与所述内筒体5之间通过销9固定;所述销9沿垂直于所述内筒体5轴向的方向设置。所述连接机构包括接头1,所述接头1通过密封环8连接内筒体5。所述堵头6套接于所述内筒体5内。
本实用新型的工作原理如下:井口加压,液体经单流阀4进入高压密闭腔,使得密闭腔内压力增大,外筒体3为一胶筒,在液体压力作用下发生膨胀塑性变形。当达到预定值时,胶筒完全胀开与井壁密封。随后井口进一步加压,在压差作用下,销9被剪断,推动堵头6下行落入罩帽7内,露出罩帽7预留通孔,实现钻具与下部井眼连通。注水泥作业后用胶塞把水泥完全顶替出本实用新型的堵漏封隔器,碰压后实现屏蔽漏层上部液柱压力。
本实用新型还可有其他实施例,在不背离本实用新型精神及其实质的情况下,所属技术领域的技术人员当可根据本实用新型作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本实用新型的权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种堵漏封隔器,其特征在于,包括:外筒体和内筒体,所述外筒体与所述内筒体之间上部通过紧定销固定;所述外筒体与所述内筒体之间通过单流阀导通;所述外筒体为胶筒;所述内筒体顶部设有连接机构;所述内筒体底部设有堵头,所述堵头与所述内筒体内径相适配以密封所述内筒体的底部;还包括罩帽,所述罩帽套接于所述内筒体底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的堵漏封隔器,其特征在于,所述连接机构包括接头,所述接头通过密封环连接内筒体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的堵漏封隔器,其特征在于,所述堵头与所述内筒体之间通过销固定;所述销沿垂直于所述内筒体轴向的方向设置。
