一种U形管道式沼气池,由U形管道池(6)、出料口密封盖(3)、进料口密封盖(8)、集气管道(2)、输气管道(1)构成;沼气新原料A经过进料管,经过发酵变成为发酵原料B处在弧形底管,发酵原料B失去利用价值后作为旧料液或者沼气渣C从出料管排出。这样,沼气新原料A、发酵原料B、旧料液或者沼气渣C的渐次更替过程在U形管道池内依次完成,沼气新原料A和旧料液或者沼气渣C没有混合的可能,从而克服了现有技术中原料利用率较低的技术缺陷。本实用新型成本低廉、操作简便、产气快、产气量大、便于推广应用。

本实用新型涉及沼气池领域,具体涉及一种U形管道式沼气池。
背景技术
沼气池的种类较多。随着我国沼气科学技术的发展和农村家用沼气的推广,根据当地使用要求和气温、地质等条件,家用沼气池有固定拱盖的水压式池、大揭盖水压式池、吊管式水压式池、曲流布料水压式池、顶返水水压式池、分离浮罩式池、半塑式池、全塑式池和罐式池。形式虽然多种多样,但是归总起来大体由水压式沼气池、浮罩式沼气池、半塑式沼气池和罐式沼气池四种基本类型变化形成的。这些种类的沼气池存在的共同缺陷在于:新鲜的原料常和发酵后的旧料液混在一起,原料的利用率较低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种U形管道式沼气池,可以使沼气新原料和发酵后的旧料液渐次更替,以克服现有技术中存在的技术缺陷。
本实用新型采用的技术方案:所述U形管道式沼气池,由U形管道池、出料口密封盖、进料口密封盖、集气管道、输气管道构成;其特征在于:所述U形管道池由一个进料管、出料管、弧形底管对接组成,进料管和出料管上分别适配有进料口密封盖和出料口密封盖,进料口密封盖和出料口密封盖上分别适配有集气管道,集气管道与输气管道接通。
采用这样的结构后,(如图所示)图中A为沼气新原料,B为发酵原料、C为旧料液或者沼气渣;沼气新原料A经过进料管,经过发酵变成为发酵原料B处在弧形底管,发酵原料B失去利用价值后作为旧料液或者沼气渣C从出料管排出。这样,沼气新原料A、发酵原料B、旧料液或者沼气渣C的渐次更替过程在U形管道池内依次完成,沼气新原料A和旧料液或者沼气渣C没有混合的可能,从而克服了现有技术中原料利用率较低的技术缺陷。
另外,本实用新型所述U形管道式沼气池为地下埋入式结构,进料管口和出料管口与地面齐平,添加沼气新原料A时,在气压和质量重力的作用下,使得旧料液或者沼气渣C自动处在排料管的上部,因此,使旧料液或者沼气渣C的排出非常方便和轻松。进料管和出料管上分别适配的进料口密封盖和出料口密封盖,使U形管道式沼气池处在密封状态,有利于沼气的产生。集气管道与输气管道接通,有利于所产生沼气集中使用。
本实用新型的具体应用实例:利用本实用新型所述的U形管道式沼气池,在河南省登封市君召乡范堂村筑建57套,经过16个月的使用,取得了理想的使用效果。具体为:从投料到产沼气时间为6天,产气量可以满足普通家庭的日常使用要求。旧料液或者沼气渣的排出非常方便和轻松。
由以上具体结构和使用实例可知,本实用新型成本低廉、操作简便、产气快、产气量大、便于推广应用。
