本实用新型公开了一种旋流燃烧器出口气流形态观测装置,包括设置在旋流燃烧器内二次风喷口处的弹性固定装置,弹性固定装置上设置有多个示踪飘带。本实用新型结构简单,易于实现,安装过程简单,检测效果直观,通过使用弹性固定装置既可提高固定效果,又能适用于不同型号的旋流燃烧器;进一步通过均匀设置喷覆有荧光的示踪飘带,保证能在照明条件不佳的情况依旧能够达到较好的观测效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种气流形态的观测装置,尤其涉及一种旋流燃烧器出口气流形态观测装置。
背景技术
目前,电站锅炉冷态空气动力场模拟试验中较多使用风速测量等手段来描绘出燃烧器的出口气流形态,同时辅以飘带和其它示踪物质(如烟雾和焰火)等直观观测的手段。由于旋流燃烧器存在旋转气流,无法使用常规的风速测量装置进行测量,只能依靠示踪手段来观测其气流形态。采用烟雾和焰火等示踪物质,虽然效果不错,但是使用成本较高且不易布置。飘带示踪具有测量效果好,成本低廉等优点,但由于旋流燃烧器呈同心圆型,周边还有圆弧状的燃烧器扩口,示踪飘带的安装和固定是个亟待解决的问题。工作人员在试验过程中为了在燃烧器周围找到合适的固定部位,往往会耗费大量人力和时间,同时固定部位在燃烧器周向分布不均匀会影响气流形态的观测的准确性。另外,由于现场试验中照明较差,普通的示踪飘带很难保证观测效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种旋流燃烧器出口气流形态观测装置,能够解决现有观测装置观测效果差,使用成本高,安装复杂等缺点,同时具有较高的通用性。
本实用新型采用下述技术方案:
一种旋流燃烧器出口气流形态观测装置,其特征在于:包括设置在旋流燃烧器内二次风喷口处的弹性固定装置,弹性固定装置上设置有多个示踪飘带。
所述的弹性固定装置为橡胶圈。
所述的示踪飘带表面设置有荧光层。
所述的多个示踪飘带均匀设置在弹性固定装置上。
本实用新型结构简单,易于实现,安装过程简单,检测效果直观,通过使用弹性固定装置既可提高固定效果,又能适用于不同型号的旋流燃烧器;进一步通过均匀设置喷覆有荧光的示踪飘带,保证能在照明条件不佳的情况依旧能够达到较好的观测效果。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型包括弹性固定装置2,弹性固定装置2设置在旋流燃烧器内二次风喷口处,弹性固定装置2既可提高固定效果,又能适用于不同型号的旋流燃烧器。本实施例中,弹性固定装置2采用橡胶圈。固定弹性装置2上均匀设置有多个示踪飘带1,示踪飘带1表面设置有荧光层,以保证在照明条件不佳的情况依旧能够达到较好的观测效果。
使用时,将本实用新型套在旋流燃烧器内二次风喷口处,可直观地观测到旋流燃烧器内二次风3和旋流燃烧器外二次风4形成的气流形态。

1.一种旋流燃烧器出口气流形态观测装置,其特征在于:包括设置在旋流燃烧器内二次风喷口处的弹性固定装置,弹性固定装置上设置有多个示踪飘带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋流燃烧器出口气流形态观测装置,其特征在于:所述的弹性固定装置为橡胶圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的旋流燃烧器出口气流形态观测装置,其特征在于:所述的示踪飘带表面设置有荧光层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的旋流燃烧器出口气流形态观测装置,其特征在于:所述的多个示踪飘带均匀设置在弹性固定装置上。
