技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种键套,特别涉及一种动力头键套。
背景技术
动力头键套的作用是把动力头减速箱的转速输入到旋挖钻机钻杆,是动力头减速器与旋挖钻机相连接的关键零件。如图1所示,现有键套是用ZG310-570型铸钢进行浇铸成型,加工面临的问题是加工余量大,浇铸件的浇铸质量无法保证,热处理困难,加工周期长,生产效率低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种动力头键套,其以分体形式,采用板材焊接,来减少加工余量,取材方便,解决热处理容易等问题。
为解决所述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种动力头键套,其特征在于,其包括键套体、键板,键套体和键板焊接,键套体由大法兰、上法兰、中间套、下法兰焊接而成,上法兰设在大法兰的一侧,中间套设在上法兰和下法兰之间。
本实用新型的积极进步效果在于:本实用新型通过采用板材焊接来改变键套的结构,从而达到减少加工余量,键的热处理容易实现,保证设计要求的效果。

具体实施方式
下面举个较佳实施例,并结合附图来更清楚完整地说明本实用新型。
如图2所示,本实用新型动力头键套包括键套体1、键板2,键套体1和键板2焊接,在焊接前对键板进行热处理处理,并进行机加工;整体焊好后,零件只需加工外圆尺寸,内孔不再加工。
如图3和图4所示,键套体1由大法兰3、上法兰4、中间套5、下法兰6焊接而成,上法兰4设在大法兰3的一侧,中间套5设在上法兰4和下法兰6之间。键套体焊好的工艺是先退火去应力处理,再车焊件内孔,插出三个键板槽,焊件外圆不加工,接着进行整体焊接。键套体这样做的优点有:一、取材方便,材料强度可靠;二、加工余量少;三、热处理容易。
从图1和图2对比可以看出,本实用新型区别在于:将原来键套铸件结构改变,采用焊接件结构,来解决加工余量大、生产效率低、热处理不方便的问题。
