目前，在建筑施工过程中，经常需要用到各种类型的钢管或管道，这些管道的直径以及长度都有所不同，施工时需要将其摆放在场地中，这样不仅占用大量的面积，导致施工场地的缩小，而且影响施工，给施工人员增加负担。现有的管道一般是通过在地面上垫上方木，从而方便取用，这种方式不仅占用空间大，而且由于管道长短不一，不便于管道的归类和摆放；另外，现有的摆放支架不能根据管道直径的大小调节摆放间距，使用不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单，设计合理，能根据管道直径来调节摆放间距，从而方便存放和取用，能减少占用面积，能减轻施工人员负担的土木工程用管道摆放架。
为了达到以上目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：土木工程用管道摆放架，包括底座，所述底座上设有滑动轮，其特征在于：所述底座上垂直设有支撑柱，所述支撑柱上设有在所述支撑柱上移动的套筒，所述套筒的两侧对称设有支撑杆，所述支撑杆相对于水平面向上倾斜设置。
本实用新型还通过如下措施实施：所述支撑杆的外表面设有防护层。
所述底座的两端转动设有挡板。
所述套筒设置三个，在套筒上设有用于调节套筒位置的紧定螺钉。

如附图所示，土木工程用管道摆放架，包括底座1，所述底座1上设有滑动轮2，其特征在于：所述底座1上垂直设有支撑柱3，所述支撑柱3上设有在所述支撑柱3上移动的套筒4，所述套筒4上设有支撑杆5，所述支撑杆5相对于水平面向上倾斜设置。
通过滑动轮2方便移动本装置，使用简单方便；由于套筒4可以在支撑柱3上移动，通过在套筒4的两侧对称设置支撑杆5，这样通过套筒4可以带动支撑杆5移动，从而可调节底座1与支撑杆5以及各个套筒4上的支撑杆5之间的距离，从而可以放置不同直径的管道，方便施工人员取用。通过将支撑杆5相对于水平面向上倾斜设置，即支撑杆5与支撑柱3之间的夹角呈锐角，通过这种结构可以防止管道从支撑杆5上滚落，保证了安全。
所述支撑杆5的外表面设有防护层6。通过防护层6可有效防止支撑杆5对管道造成的损害，保证了质量。
