背景技术
近来来，因为建筑内外墙装修材料防火等级差，引发了多起重大火灾，给人们的生命安全和财产造成了重大的损失，建筑防火形式越来越严峻，主管部门监管越来越严厉，因此目前这些装饰板已经不能满足社会的需要。
有鉴于此，针对上述问题，提出一种设计合理且能改善上述缺失的无机防火装饰板。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种无机防火装饰板，具有防火、防潮、防静电、隔声、隔热、抗冲击、抗老化、抗紫外线、耐腐蚀、耐酸碱、耐候等特点，彻底消除了人类对环境的污染，且安装方便。
为了达成上述目的，本实用新型提供了一种无机防火装饰板，包括纤维水泥板基体；所述纤维水泥板基体上面设置有腻子层，腻子层上面为漆层。
所述漆层分别为腻子层上方的底漆层以及底漆层上方的顶面漆层。
所述纤维水泥板基体与腻子层相接触的上表面为砂光表面。
相较于现有技术，本实用新型使用无石棉纤维增强硅酸钙板或中高强度纤维水泥板作为基板，经过特殊工艺处理，形成具有铝塑板质感、大理石质感、木纹质感，同时还可以根据客户的需求设计个性化的图案。装饰板具有，防火、防潮、防静电、隔声、隔热、抗冲击、抗老化、抗紫外线、耐腐蚀、耐酸碱、耐候等特点，彻底消除了人类对环境的污染，且安装方便；广泛用于内外墙装饰，如建筑物外墙、隧道、地铁、机场、商场、医院、办公室、厨房、卫生间、实验室等场合。规格：切割用尺寸可达到1200mm*2400mm，厚度为6mm，重量25-36斤。(瓷砖的最大尺寸只能达到1000mm*1000mm，重量大，厚度大)。成本比瓷砖便宜一半，还能防火，同时制作耗能低。
优点为：重量轻、不燃烧、防火、防水性能好、吸声性能好、节能、造价低，绿色环保、无异味、易清洁、抗紫外线强、抗菌性好、与墙体同质，结合性能好、稳定性好，不易爆裂、耐化学药品性能好、易加工，成形面积大，可做异形造型、寿命长，耐久性、抗静电性能好、施工程序较简单，采用专用砂浆粘贴，不易脱落，工人施工劳动强度低。

制作方法：购买纤维水泥板(从市场购买的纤维水泥板主要是利用水泥砂浆和纤维制作，柔韧性较好，质量轻，纤维水泥板标准厚度为6-10mm，还可以根据客户需要的厚度购买不同厚度的纤维水泥。)——砂光(用砂光机打光)——上腻子(用滚涂机)——上底漆(用喷涂机)——上面漆(面漆的颜色和类型可以根据需要调整)。规格：切割用尺寸可达到1200mm*2400mm，厚度为6mm，重量25-36斤。(瓷砖的最大尺寸只能达到1000mm*1000mm，重量大，厚度大)。成本比瓷砖便宜一半，还能防火，同时制作耗能低。
