一种TPO自粘防水卷材,特别是一种自带粘接边的TPO自粘防水卷材。由TPO层自粘防水卷材层,隔离膜层,自粘防水卷材层组成,三层层状结构复合为整体卷材,整体卷材上设置有粘接边,该粘接边分别是:与TPO层为一体的TPO层粘接边,与自粘防水卷材层为一体的自粘层粘接边,所述的TPO层粘接边与自粘层粘接边的设置方向相反。由于两层结构均设置了粘接边,将两种各自具有独立防水能力的卷材通过独特工艺复合为一体,从而通过一次施工达到两道防水的目的,真正实现了全面积自粘皮肤式防水,该卷材设置了隔离膜,解决了自粘层向TPO层渗油引起TPO层变质的问题。具有高强度、优良的高低温性能和自粘橡胶沥青防水卷材的高延伸率、抗裂性强、具有自愈性等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种TPO自粘防水卷材。具体的说是一种同时具有TPO层粘接边、自粘层粘接边的自带粘接边的TPO自粘防水卷材。
背景技术
TPO自粘防水卷材是一种以TPO卷材层与自粘卷材层,复合生产而成的一种防水卷材,该卷材两道防水,中国专利公开申请人发明的专利号201020563876.4“自带焊接边的TPO自粘复合防水卷材”它克服了现有技术的缺陷,有效地避免了搭接不牢固的缺陷,但由于其仅有单独的TPO层粘接边,在施工过程中 ,卷材与基面无法保证百分百实现双层防水。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术不能实现双层防水的缺陷,提供一种同时具有TPO层粘接边和自粘层粘接边,实现双层防水的自带粘接边的TPO自粘防水卷材。
实现上述目的采用以下技术方案:一种自带粘接边的TPO自粘
防水卷材,所述的防水卷材包括TPO层自粘防水卷材层,隔离膜层,自粘防水卷材层,三层层状结构复合为整体卷材,所述的整体卷材上设置有粘接边,该粘接边分别是:与TPO层为一体的TPO层粘接边,与自粘防水卷材层为一体的自粘层粘接边,所述的TPO层粘接边与自粘层粘接边的设置方向相反。
    作为优选方案,所述的TPO层粘接边宽度为6cm,自粘层粘接边宽度为8cm。
采用上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,经试验证明,本实用新型改善了传统TPO自粘防水卷材不能实现双层防水的缺陷,由于两层结构均设置了粘接边,带粘接边的TPO层具有隔油效果,是一层具有独立防水功能的防水卷材,具有很高的拉力、高低温性能。自粘橡胶沥青卷材层也是一层具有独立防水功能的防水卷材。本实用新型将两种各自具有独立防水能力的卷材通过独特工艺复合为一体,从而通过一次施工达到两道防水的目的,且可大大缩短施工工期和降低渗漏窜水的风险。真正实现了全面积自粘皮肤式防水,做到了双层防水,并且该卷材设置了隔离膜,解决了自粘层向TPO层渗油引起TPO层变质的问题。具有高强度、优良的高低温性能和自粘橡胶沥青防水卷材的高延伸率、抗裂性强、具有自愈性等优点。用该卷材施工方便可靠、工法多样、节省工期。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的描述。
本实施例是一种自带粘接边的TPO自粘防水卷材,见图1,这种防水卷材由、TPO层2、隔离膜层3、自粘防水卷材层4组成,三层层状结构复合为整体卷材。
该整体卷材上设置有粘接边,粘接边分别是:TPO层2上设置的与其为一体的TPO层粘接边5,与自粘防水卷材层4设置为一体的自粘层粘接边1,TPO层粘接边5与自粘层粘接边1的设置方向相反,带TPO层粘接边5的TPO层2下部附有具有隔油效果的隔离膜层3,厚度为0.7~2.0mm。组成一层具有独立防水功能的防水卷材,具有很高的拉力、高低温性能。
自粘防水卷材层4厚度为0.5~1.5mm。自粘防水卷材层4也是一层具有独立防水功能的防水卷材。 
见图1,TPO层粘接边5位于卷材的右端,自粘层粘接边1位于卷材的左端。TPO层粘接边5宽度为6cm,自粘层粘接边1宽度为8cm。
本实用新型将两种各自具有独立防水功能的卷材通过复合为一体,从而可以通过一次施工达到两道防水的目的,且可大大缩短施工工期和降低渗漏窜水风险。
施工时,先清理基层后,涂刷基层处理剂;再将本实用新型摊开预铺定位;然后从其底部缓缓抽出隔离膜层3后,用压辊压实。

括TPO层自粘防水卷材层,隔离膜层,自粘防水卷材层,三层层状结构复合为整体卷材,其特征在于,所述的整体卷材上设置有粘接边,该粘接边分别是:与TPO层为一体的TPO层粘接边,与自粘防水卷材层为一体的自粘层粘接边,所述的TPO层粘接边与自粘层粘接边的设置方向相反。
2.   根据权利要求1所述的自带粘接边的TPO自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述的TPO层粘接边宽度为6cm,自粘层粘接边宽度为8cm。
