本实用新型涉及一种细纱机，具体涉及一种环锭细纱机刹锭装置。
背景技术
环锭细纱机是纺织过程中的重要设备，锭子是环锭细纱机加捻卷绕机构中的重要零件，通过其的高速旋转，将纺好的细纱卷绕在其上的纱管上。
由于各种原因，纺纱过程中总是不可避免地发生断头现象，必须由挡车工手工接头，传统的接头方法是挡车工快速将纱管从旋转的锭子上拔出，接好断头后再快速插入锭子中，在这一过程中锭子始终处于旋转状态，随着锭子转速的不断提高，这种操作方法已变得非常危险，极易给操作者造成伤害。
现有的环锭细纱机刹锭装置是将刹锭器安装在锭座两边的缺口中，通过上翻刹锭器起到刹锭作用，但现有的环锭细纱机刹锭装置有两点不足之处：一、不能对锭座两边没用缺口的老式细纱机进行改造，二、每个锭座上必须装一个刹锭器，致使刹锭器用量大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种环锭细纱机刹锭装置，在新式细纱机和老式细纱机通用，方便老式细纱机的改造，并使一个刹锭器能刹两个锭子，减少刹锭器的用量。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种环锭细纱机刹锭装置，包括刹锭器1、销子2、固定座3和紧固件4，刹锭器1通过销子2与固定座3相连，固定座3通过紧固件4与锭座固定，刹锭器1的材料为一种工程塑料。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果：在新式细纱机和老式细纱机通用，方便老式细纱机的改造，并使一个刹锭器能刹两个锭子，减少刹锭器的用量。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种环锭细纱机刹锭装置，包括刹锭器1、销子2、固定座3和紧固件4，刹锭器1通过销子2与固定座3相连，固定座3通过紧固件4与锭座固定，刹锭器1的材料为ABS。
当发生断头现象时，将刹锭器1向左或向右旋转，使之与锭子接触，即可起到刹锭作用，当接头完成后，将刹锭器1向中间旋转，使之与锭子脱离，锭子即可高速旋转。

1.一种环锭细纱机刹锭装置，包括刹锭器(1)、销子(2)、固定座(3)和紧固件(4)，其特征在于，刹锭器(1)通过销子(2)与固定座(3)相连，固定座(3)通过紧固件(4)与锭座固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环锭细纱机刹锭装置，其特征在于，刹锭器(1)的材料为一种工程塑料。
