本实用新型公开了稠化仪浆杯凝固水泥拆除装置，在一个浆杯套架内下部设有一个浆杯工位，在浆杯工位上方的浆杯套架内安装有一个固定套筒，在固定套筒内上下活动配合放置有一个活动内筒，在浆杯套架顶部固定槽内插入有一块活动挡板，在浆杯套架底部安装有一个水平支架板，水平支架板下方周边支撑有固定架，在固定架内底板上安装有一个液压式千斤顶，在千斤顶的顶杆上端安装有一块直径小于浆杯筒内径的传动托板，传动托板经水平支架的空腔与浆杯工位上浆杯内的凝固水泥相对应。使用该装置能快速将浆杯内的凝固水泥顶入活动内筒内，又不会损坏浆杯和向外飞溅水泥。

技术领域：
本实用新型涉及手动冲击工具，特别是一种适用于将水泥浆稠化仪浆杯内凝固的水泥快速取出，又不会损坏浆杯的稠化仪浆杯凝固水泥拆除装置。
背景技术：
现有的水泥稠化仪浆杯上的凝固水泥，在拆除时都是用螺丝刀和铁锤进行一点一点的敲打、挖掘。这种原始的人工拆除方式，不但费工费力，而且还容易损坏浆杯。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种操作轻松、不易损坏浆杯的稠化仪浆杯凝固水泥拆除装置。本实用新型的技术方案是以如下方式完成的，在一个浆杯套架内下部设有一个浆杯工位，在浆杯工位上方的浆杯套架内安装有一个固定套筒，在固定套筒内上下活动配合放置有一个活动内筒，在浆杯套架顶部固定槽内插入有一块活动挡板，在浆杯套架底部安装有一个水平支架板，水平支架板下方周边支撑有固定架，在固定架内底板上安装有一个液压式千斤顶，在千斤顶的顶杆上端安装有一块直径小于浆杯筒内径的传动托板，传动托板经水平支架的空腔与浆杯工位上浆杯内的凝固水泥相对应。使用该装置能快速将浆杯内的凝固水泥顶入活动内筒内，又不会损坏浆杯和向外飞溅水泥。

具体实施方式：
本实用新型是在一个浆杯套架4内下半部设有一个浆杯工位5，在浆杯工位上方的浆杯套架内安装有一个固定套筒2，在固定套筒内上下活动配合放置有一个活动内筒3，在浆杯套架顶部两侧的固定槽内插入有一块活动挡板1，在浆杯套架底部安装有一水平支架板7，水平支架板下方周边支撑有固定架8，在固定架内底板10上安装有一个液压式千斤顶9，在千斤顶的顶杆上端安装有一块直径小于浆杯筒内径的传动托板6，传动托板经水平支架的空腔与浆杯工位上浆杯内的凝固水泥相对应。使用时先去掉稠化仪浆杯底盖，将凝固有水泥的浆杯放入浆杯工位，盖好活动挡板，即可用液压千斤顶冲击浆杯内的凝固水泥。冲掉水泥后拆开活动挡板，取出活动内筒，倒出被冲掉的凝固水泥即可，既快速安全、又不损伤浆杯。

1.稠化仪浆杯凝固水泥拆除装置，其特征在于：在一个浆杯套架内下部设有一个浆杯工位，在浆杯工位上方的浆杯套架内安装有一个固定套筒，在固定套筒内上下活动配合放置有一个活动内筒，在浆杯套架顶部固定槽内插入有一块活动挡板，在浆杯套架底部安装有一个水平支架板，水平支架板下方周边支撑有固定架，在固定架内底板上安装有一个液压式千斤顶，在千斤顶的顶杆上端安装有一块直径小于浆杯筒内径的传动托板，传动托板经水平支架的空腔与浆杯工位上浆杯内的凝固水泥相对应。
