Abstract

一种无刷发电机的径向风冷装置,涉及无刷发电机。叶轮的轴套体外侧连体延展一个底圆环盘,轴套体外圆、底圆环盘内侧连体延展若干个均布的L形板状叶片,各个L形板状叶片的轴向边的内轴向端面与一个内侧圆环板连体,内侧圆环板内径大于主绕组转子外端绕组线头形成的几何空间直径;轴套体内圆与电机主轴固定,内侧圆环板朝内与主绕组定子相邻保有间隙,L形板状叶片轴向边非接触式伸入主绕组转子外端绕组线头与机壳内圆所形成的空间内;在L形板状叶片对应的机壳体上环周均布若干个轴向长槽。优点在于:叶片占用主绕组转子外端绕组线头外侧空间,缩短了整体长度。同时机壳开设排风槽,免除了外护盘设计。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及无刷发电机,特别是一种无刷发电机的径向风冷装置。
背景技术:
无刷发电机由管状机壳、主轴、励磁绕组、主绕组、后端盖、风冷装置组成。现有风冷装置由叶轮、外护盘组成。叶轮形状为一个轴套体径向连体延展若干个径向叶片,叶片外端两侧分别垂直连体一个圆环盘,轴套体套合固定在机壳前法兰外侧的主轴上,另设置有外护盘罩在叶轮外围。外护盘形状为两个平行的圆环盘中间连体固定几个立柱,内侧圆环盘用于与机壳前法兰对接,外侧圆环盘用于与汽油机或柴油机对接。叶轮转动时依靠离心力将空气径向排出,产生负压则使空气由后端盖空隙中流入,经过绕组实施风冷。
这种结构的缺陷在于:叶轮固定在电机前法兰外,使轴向整体结构加长,外护盘的设置也加大了制造成本。柴油机震动工况下,轴向长度加长与柴油机对接后悬臂也加长,不利于力学性能。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺陷,提供一种无刷发电机的径向风冷装置。
本实用新型的方案是:包括叶轮,其特征在于:叶轮的轴套体外侧连体延展一个底圆环盘,轴套体外圆、底圆环盘内侧连体延展若干个均布的L形板状叶片,各个L形板状叶片的轴向边的内轴向端面与一个内侧圆环板连体,两个相邻L形板叶片之间的底圆环板上设置有通风孔,内侧圆环板外圆直径小于机壳内圆直径,内侧圆环板内径大于主绕组转子外端绕组线头形成的几何空间直径;轴套体内圆与电机主轴固定,内侧圆环板朝内与主绕组定子相邻保有间隙,L形板状叶片径向边与主绕组转子外端绕组线头相邻保持有间隙,L形板状叶片轴向边非接触式伸入主绕组转子外端绕组线头与机壳内圆所形成的空间内;在L形板状叶片对应的机壳体上环周均布若干个轴向长槽。
本实用新型的优点在于:叶片占用主绕组转子外端绕组线头外侧空间,缩短了整体长度。同时机壳开设排风槽,免除了外护盘设计,不但风冷效果好,而且长度缩短,节约成本。

本实用新型结构包括叶轮,其特征在于:叶轮的轴套体6外侧连体延展一个底圆环盘5,轴套体6外圆、底圆环盘5内侧连体延展若干个均布的L形板状叶片3,各个L形板状叶片3的轴向边的内轴向端面与一个内侧圆环板2连体,两个相邻L形板叶片3之间的底圆环板上设置有通风孔,内侧圆环板2外圆直径小于机壳1内圆直径,内侧圆环板2内径大于主绕组转子外端绕组线头形成的几何空间直径;轴套体6内圆与电机主轴固定,内侧圆环板2朝内与主绕组定子相邻保有间隙,L形板状叶片3径向边与主绕组转子外端绕组线头相邻保持有间隙,L形板状叶片3轴向边非接触式伸入主绕组转子外端绕组线头与机壳1内圆所形成的空间内;在L形板状叶片3对应的机壳1体上环周均布若干个轴向长槽4。
