本实用新型涉及一种车用拉索。
背景技术
汽车已经走进我们千家万户，在油门，换挡等部位，需要用到拉索。现有技术的拉索如图2所示，能够起到远程控制的作用。对于拉索，其重要的一个参数就是钢丝绳寿命，对此我们对现有的钢丝绳进行疲劳强度试验，发现钢丝绳的断点很大一块在于钢丝绳与螺管组件的接触处。
发明内容
为了克服现有拉索钢丝绳容易断，使用寿命短的不足，本实用新型提供一种钢丝绳不容易断，使用寿命长的车用拉索。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：一种车用拉索，包括一根钢丝绳，钢丝绳中部套设一根两头分别铆接有第一螺管组件和第二螺管组件的拉索用复合管，所述螺管组件与钢丝绳间还设有柔性内衬管。
进一步，所述柔性内衬管的材质是聚甲醛，以提高内衬管寿命。
进一步，所述的钢丝绳是塑皮钢丝绳，以增加耐腐蚀。
本实用新型在使用时同现有车用拉索一样。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：钢绳不容易断，使用寿命长。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
结合附图1，一种车用拉索，包括一根塑皮钢丝绳1，塑皮钢丝绳1中部套设一根两头分别铆接有螺管组件3的拉索用复合管2，所述螺管组件3与塑皮钢丝绳1间还设有聚甲醛内衬管4，所述内衬管4能有效阻止螺管组件3与塑皮钢丝绳1之间直接摩擦，导致磨损。
选用聚甲醛材质内衬管能有效增加内衬管寿命。
选用塑皮钢丝绳能增加耐腐蚀性。
车用拉索两头的其他连接附属机构5可以是现有公知技术任意一种，这里不再赘述。

1.一种车用拉索，包括一根钢丝绳，钢丝绳中部套设一根两头分别铆接有螺管组件的拉索用复合管，其特征在于：所述螺管组件与钢丝绳间还设有柔性内衬管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车用拉索，其特征在于：所述柔性内衬管的材质是聚甲醛。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车用拉索，其特征在于：所述的钢丝绳是塑皮钢丝绳。
