背景技术
瓦片广泛应用于厂房、仓库或钢架结构等建筑屋面及包边围墙建设,这就对其隔热效果、强度及防火防水等要求较高,现有的隔热瓦有很多品种,如塑料瓦、锌铁瓦、彩钢瓦和水泥、石棉瓦,但这些产品在隔热、防火防水、耐腐蚀、强度、环保性等方面的性能各自均存在不同程度的缺陷,无法满足客户的需求。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种轻质、高强、隔热、耐腐蚀、实用性更好的彩波瓦。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种轻质高强隔热彩波瓦,包括依次复合粘结的上层、中层、下层,其形状为间歇波浪式层状结构,所述上层由粘合的铝箔层及聚氯乙烯薄膜层组成。 
所述下层为多层铝箔膜。 
通过采用上述的技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果是:在彩波瓦的中层结合由粘合的铝箔层及聚氯乙烯薄膜层组成的上层,双重隔热效果、耐酸碱、防火防水强、降噪音,产品的形状为间歇波浪式层状结构,强度高,下层为多层铝箔膜,更好的辅助提高防水性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例来进一步说明本实用新型。 
如图1所示,本实用新型的一种轻质高强隔热彩波瓦,由上层1、中层2及下层3从上到下依次复合粘结而成,所述中层2主要由镁质胶凝材料、花岗岩石粉、硅灰粉、粉煤灰、植物纤维、玻璃纤维混合制成,其重量是同等尺寸水泥制品的一半,强度是同等尺寸水泥制品的五倍,隔热效果好、强度高、耐酸碱、防火防水强、降噪音,下层3为多层铝箔膜,更好的辅助提高防水性,产品的间歇波浪式层状结构强度高,其横向抗折力、纵向抗折力远高于国家标准指标的要求,产品规格采用长度为5米,宽度1.02米,搭接位小,实用性好。 
如图2所示,所述上层1由铝箔层11和聚氯乙烯薄膜层12粘合组成,能直接反射95%阳光的热量,上层1再与中层2的玻纤镁质胶凝材料复合粘结达到双重隔热效果,也提高了耐酸碱性和防水性能,使其导热系数小于0.2(W/MK),室内有效降温5℃以上。

1.一种轻质高强隔热彩波瓦,包括依次复合粘结的上层(1)、中层(2)、下层(3),其特征在于:其形状为间歇波浪式层状结构,所述上层(1)由粘合的铝箔层(11)及聚氯乙烯薄膜层(12)组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质高强隔热彩波瓦,其特征在于:所述下层(3)为多层铝箔膜。
