背景技术
目前,用于屋面和墙面的保温波纹板,作为建筑节能保温隔热材料,在欧美日等发达国家已经得到了普及,而在我国的应用很少,约为10%。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种保温波纹板,该板可广泛应用于大型厂房,仓库,体育馆,超市,医院,冷库,活动房,建筑物加层,洁净车间以及需保温隔热防火的场所等工业和民用建筑。
本实用新型的技术方案为:一种保温波纹板,该保温波纹板包括上、下两层的面板和基层,板的两端为阴阳端部共同啮合拼接的接口。面板上波纹的波峰高度为28mm和波峰间距为167mm。 
本实用新型的优点在于:其外形美观,色泽艳丽,整体效果好,集导水性、耐侯性、抗酸碱耐腐蚀性、水密性、气密性、轻质、阻燃、隔音、保温隔热于一体,且无需二次装修,安装快捷方便,施工周期短,综合效益好,是一种高效环保建材。

具体实施方式
一种保温波纹板该保温波纹板包括上、下两层预涂装饰金属薄板做的面板1、保温材料岩棉或阻燃聚氨酯泡沫构成的基层2,板与板之间的宽度方向阴阳端部3、4共同啮合拼接安装形成接口。面板1上波纹的波峰高度为28mm和波峰间距为167mm的小波纹,以增加强度,标准宽度1000mm,两端锁口辊压成型后,中间填充保温材料岩棉或阻燃聚氨酯泡沫形成基层2,经过连续复合工艺,使上下二层预涂装饰的金属薄板面板1与岩棉或阻燃聚氨酯泡沫有效粘合,形成结构安全牢固的建筑保温板材。当中间填充保温材料岩棉或阻燃聚氨酯泡沫的基层2为岩棉时,其宽度方向二端采用50-150mm宽的阻燃聚氨酯泡沫填充封边密封。其宽度方向二端分别是具有独特外形的阳端3和阴端4,其由用于屋面和墙面的保温板之预涂装饰金属面板压型而成。板与板之间的宽度方向阴阳端4、3部共同啮合拼接安装成接口4是由预涂装饰保温板的金属面板压型而成,每张板两端分别为阳端3和阴端4,具有独特的外形结构,建筑保温板与建筑保温板之间联接采取阴端和阳端相互啮合的方式,并通过接口处暗藏的螺钉、螺栓等紧固件固定到安装面上。
