Abstract
高压缓冲气包，涉及一种化工生产配套设施，特别是一种高压缓冲气包。本实用新型包括缓冲气包本体，在缓冲气包本体的上方设置充氮阀门和放空阀门，在缓冲气包本体的一侧设置物料进口，在缓冲气包本体的另一侧设置物料出口。本实用新型结构简单，操作方便，有效减缓或者消除了泵出口的脉冲波动，提高了设备的使用寿命，特别适用于高压生产中的物料输送过程。

本实用新型涉及一种化工生产配套设施，特别是一种高压缓冲气包。
背景技术
目前很多化工生产都涉及到高压生产，在高压生产中输送物料较多的是柱塞泵、隔膜泵等容积泵，这种类型的泵输出均是脉冲形式，对管道、设备、仪表形成一波一波的冲击，容易造成仪器损坏，减少使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于针对以上缺陷，提供一种使出料更平稳、提高设备使用寿命的高压缓冲气包。
本实用新型包括缓冲气包本体，在所述缓冲气包本体的上方设置充氮阀门和放空阀门，在所述缓冲气包本体的一侧设置物料进口，在所述缓冲气包本体的另一侧设置物料出口。
本实用新型在使用过程中，连接在泵的出口处，用高压氮气和放空阀来控制缓冲气包内的液位，液位过高则向缓冲气包内充入部分氮气，液位过低时则通过放空阀来控制使得液位上涨，其中高压氮气的压力必须高于缓冲气包内的压力。本实用新型结构简单，操作方便，有效减缓或者消除了泵出口的脉冲波动，提高了设备的使用寿命，特别适用于高压生产中的物料输送过程。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型设有缓冲气包本体1，在缓冲气包本体1的上方设置充氮阀门2和放空阀门3，在缓冲气包本体1的一侧设置物料进口4，在缓冲气包本体1的另一侧设置物料出口5。
