[0002] 护角是用来防止物品表面直接与其它对象接触或碰擦而刮伤的工具，其中，纸护角因轻便、易回收而应用广泛。纸护角又名纸包角或护角纸板，由牛皮纸经冲裁、弯折而成， 多为V型，目前的加工装置通常只是在牛皮纸的一面冲裁出一个三角缺口，然后直接将纸沿三角口弯折成V型，问题是：有些牛皮纸材料较硬，手工弯折费力且精度不高，用机器弯折又显繁琐，也有人在冲裁后另采用专门的刀具压痕，最后再人工弯折，这依然显得繁琐， 生产效率不高。

[0014] 如附图所示，V型纸护角冲裁压痕机，包括机身1、固定于机身的凹模5和设在冲头固定板2上的冲头3，该冲头3为等腰三角形，凹模5远离机身1的一侧对应设置有型配的凹槽9，该凹槽9整体呈等腰三角形，凹槽9离机身1最远的顶端开有竖缝10，对应该竖缝 10还设置有压痕用的压块7，该压块7通过弹簧6连在凹模5侧壁，如图1，凹模5侧壁上可开一盲槽，弹簧6端部可嵌入盲槽，所述冲头固定板2上对应设置有推压该压块7的推块 4。
[0015] 进一步，所述压块7外平行设置有保护块8，防止压块直接受推块挤压易变形、磨损、降低精确度等却不易更换。
[0016] 进一步，所述保护块8为矩形，所述推块4为梯形，当然，二者的形状也可对调，或采用其他形状，只要保证4下压时能将压块7推压至紧贴凹模。
[0017] 使用时，L形板料的一条臂紧贴凹模的上表面，另一条臂紧贴凹模的侧面，开动机器，冲头固定板下移，带动冲头和推块同时下移，冲头先将板冲裁，然后冲头继续下移，同时，推块推动保护块，保护块推压压块至紧贴凹模，冲头的棱与压块共同挤压板料，冲头沿竖缝在板料上压出压痕，板料沿压痕弯折即成V型纸护角。冲头回位后，弹簧亦回位并将压块推开。

1. 一种V型纸护角冲裁压痕机，包括机身、固定于机身的凹模和设在冲头固定板上的冲头，其特征是该冲头为等腰三角形，凹模远离机身的一侧对应设置有型配的凹槽，该凹槽离机身最远的顶端开有竖缝，对应该竖缝还设置有压痕用的压块，该压块通过弹簧连在凹模侧壁，所述冲头固定板上对应设置有推压该压块的推块。
2.如权利要求1所述的V型纸护角冲裁压痕机，其特征是所述压块外平行设置有保护块。
3.如权利要求2所述的V型纸护角冲裁压痕机，其特征是所述保护块为矩形，所述推块为梯形。
