具体实施方式
如图所示，一个顶点向上的圆锥形盘 1，其顶点有一圆孔2，上接一根长约10mm管子3，与管子同心的倒圆台形容器4与圆锥形盘无缝相接。撇油时，手持倒圆台形容器4，并使圆锥形盘1底面大致水平。将圆锥形盘1向下浸入汤中，直至管子3上口接近与汤面等高。此时，圆锥形盘1底面所罩住的汤面浮油被汤顶托，从管子3流入倒圆台形容器4。至油停止流出，把撇油器提出汤面，容器4中的油倒出。继续重复以上步骤，直至浮油撇干净。
