背景技术
瓜果蔬菜在洗净后需要置于容器中沥干，避免水到处流淌造成厨房环境的污染。通常在沥干瓜果蔬菜时均将其置于沥水篮中进行。其缺点是：为避免水从沥水篮中流出，必须在沥水篮下方垫盛水的容器，很不方便。也可将沥水篮置于水池中，但这段时间水池内就无法进行其他东西的洗刷，否则水池内的水会流进沥水篮中造成瓜果蔬菜的污染。
