本实用新型提供一种用于米粉加工设备的散热装置，所述的散热装置装配在出粉嘴下方的机箱侧壁上；散热装置包括有散热盒、轴流风机；其中，散热盒装配在机箱侧壁的安装孔内，轴流风机装配在散热盒内；散热盒外侧设有风扇孔。本实用新型采用高效能大风压轴流风机确保风扇的小型化从而为将风扇安装于靠近出粉嘴的机箱上部位置创造了条件，安装后的风扇孔正对出粉嘴，使轴流风机吹出的风发挥最大效能，确保了米粉条的充分冷却，且由于散热盒内侧是全封闭结构，利用侧进风结构引进外部新风，确保了冷却风的洁净。

本实用新型涉及米粉加工设备技术领域，尤其是指一种用于米粉加工设备的散热装置。
背景技术
现有米粉在生产时，从米粉机头出来的米粉条温度高，粘度大，极易粘连，需降温、使表皮干化才能进行包装、销售；目前市场上有两种方式对米粉表皮进行干化：一种是在地面另外摆放风扇进行风冷；一种是在机箱下端固装风扇对粉条进行风冷。前者风较散，效率不高且占空间；后者距地面较近且抽的是机箱内空气含有皮带磨损的粉末，不卫生。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种用于米粉加工设备的结构简单、采用侧进风结构引进外部新风进行冷却的散热装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所提供的技术方案为：一种用于米粉加工设备的散热装置，所述的散热装置装配在出粉嘴下方的机箱侧壁上；散热装置包括有散热盒、轴流风机；其中，散热盒装配在机箱侧壁的安装孔内，轴流风机装配在散热盒内；散热盒外侧设有风扇孔。
所述的风扇孔位于出粉嘴正下方。
所述的安装孔位于机箱侧壁上部。
所述的散热盒内侧为封闭式结构。
本实用新型采用高效能大风压轴流风机确保风扇的小型化从而为将风扇安装于靠近出粉嘴的机箱上部位置创造了条件，安装后的风扇孔正对出粉嘴，使轴流风机吹出的风发挥最大效能，确保了米粉条的充分冷却，且由于散热盒内侧是全封闭结构，利用侧进风结构引进外部新风，确保了冷却风的洁净。

具体实施方式
 下面结合所有附图对本实用新型作进一步说明，本实用新型的较佳实施例为：参见附图1和附图2，本实施例所述的散热装置装配在出粉嘴4下方的机箱3侧壁上；其包括有散热盒1、轴流风机2；其中，散热盒1装配在机箱3侧壁的安装孔5内，安装孔5位于机箱3侧壁上部；轴流风机2装配在散热盒1内；散热盒1外侧设有风扇孔6，散热盒1内侧为封闭式结构；风扇孔6位于出粉嘴4正下方；采用本方案的结构后，风扇孔6正对出粉嘴4，使轴流风机2吹出的风发挥最大效能，确保了米粉条的充分冷却，且由于散热盒1内侧采用的是全封闭，利用外侧风扇孔6进外部新风，确保了冷却风的洁净。

1.一种用于米粉加工设备的散热装置，其特征在于：所述的散热装置装配在出粉嘴（4）下方的机箱（3）侧壁上；散热装置包括有散热盒（1）、轴流风机（2）；其中，散热盒（1）装配在机箱（3）侧壁的安装孔（5）内，轴流风机（2）装配在散热盒（1）内；散热盒（1）外侧设有风扇孔（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于米粉加工设备的散热装置，其特征在于：风扇孔（6）位于出粉嘴（4）正下方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于米粉加工设备的散热装置，其特征在于：安装孔（5）位于机箱（3）侧壁上部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于米粉加工设备的散热装置，其特征在于：散热盒（1）内侧为封闭式结构。
